Another company came to repair my 3 year old KitchenAid refrigerator and replaced the control board. I decided to call Pacific Appliance Solutions rather than have the other company back. Dennis from Pacific Appliance Solutions found the problem quickly! An electronic connection behind the deli drawer had come loose. He plugged it in and my fridge is like new. Didn't even need a new control board! I wish I would have called Pacific first and I will definitely call them first next time I need appliance repair. The price was fair, too. Unlike the other company, Dennis came back in a few days just to check that everything was working right. Thank you!

Can't remember the gentleman's name I think it was Dennis he came out checked out both refrigerators one of them would have cost too much to fix and the other one was a total threw away so it came out did his job off you went I would absolutely recommend them thank you so much

The Tech that came, Alexander was so professional and polite. He went beyond my expectations of service because he understood our frustration with situation. I feel the costs were reasonable and competitive.

I called around 11:00 am, Monday, Dec. 29, 2025. I noticed what looked like a water leak on the floor in front of my dishwasher, as well as a small amount of standing water inside.
They were able to send out a technician, Alex that same day about an hour later, which was great!
He was very professional, got right to work and was able to quickly determine there was was no water leakage after running the dishwasher through a couple of cycles.. Great news!
A small amount of standing water, apparently is typical for some dishwashers.
Alex did note that there was some soap build up which he remedied with a small amount of olive oil. (Who would have thought?)
I would definitely recommend Pacific Appliance Solutions for any future appliance repairs and/or maintenance.
