The appointment was easy to schedule. The tech was on time, got the issue fixed quickly and was professional. Happy to have the dryer fixed, we recommend!

They were out the same day and had the heater thermostat on my fridge replaced and working in under an hour. Easy and fast.

Vlad, the technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and fair. It was an “easy” fix for him, but I couldn’t figure out what he did on my own. He also helped me reposition our washer and dryer combo, and to level it to our slight sloped basement floor.

We are very happy with the service that we received from Appliance Repair Lab! We woke up to a warm LG fridge and freezer, placed a call, and had a same day visit from Alex to diagnose the issue. He took the time to answer all of our questions. He was able to come back the next day with the necessary part and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. We really appreciated how fast he was able to get everything diagnosed and repaired - being without a fridge is tough! The price for the part and labor was clear and upfront, and seemed reasonable.
