Stan the repair man was AWESOME!!!! He even fixed the little display light in my dryer and thing the closet door! Very VERY pleased with his performance and on-time arrival. Service was fast, prompt, and professional I would highly recommend !

Came out same day to diagnose and returned 3 days later and finished the repair. Alex was very good at communicating and did a great job repairing the Samsung washer. He left everything clean and tidy. I do feel like it was kind of expensive but with that said I wasn’t waiting weeks for the repair.

Great service! My refrigerator started freezing all my food and ice was accumulating at the base of the freezer. Alex came out and quickly discovered an issue with the temperature sensor and was able to fix it right away. From when I called to when a tech was out and the repair was made was less than 24 hours. Would definitely use them again.

Alex came out to replace a broken lid to my washing machine. Within a few days he was able to find a replacement lid. He came back out and installed it as good as new! He was prompt and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Alex and Appliance Lab for any appliance repair. Honest and knowledgable.

Our refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling and we were really stressed about losing all the food. ProSolution scheduled us right away and the technician showed up on time. He quickly found the issue, explained everything in plain language, and had the parts in his truck to fix it the same day. The price was fair and now the fridge is working perfectly again. I scheduled through the website and got an appointment the next day to repair 2 broken microwaves. Tim not only fixed them but also explained what caused them to break in a similar way, so I can avoid this repair in the future. They messaged me when they were on their way as I requested and arrived shortly after. It took about two hours and now both appliances work like new. I’m happy to not have to send them to the landfill and hopefully they will give me more years of service.

Ryan was very dedicated individual who fixed our downdraft stove vent by putting enormous amount of time. I really like his dedication to do good job and make customer happy. I will highly recommend.

Charged us 119 dollars and mumbled some stuff about how it couldn't possibly be fixed for less than Twice what the freezer was worth. I wonder how many people a day they do that to?i Do not go here they rip people off!

Repair if unbalanced washer by replacing suspension.

Our washer had an issue with the gasket ring. They came out the same day I called which is amazing . Technician did an excellent job! He was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Booked this company to come out and diagnose a refrigerator that I have that isn't cooling properly. Booked online and gave a detailed description of the issue, as well as all my details for accessibility. Literally zero gray area. They texted me first to confirm, which I provided, and then called me to read back my explicit description of the issue—reconfirming all data, including the "service charge," which is, in fairness, applied to the invoice if work is done. All this, while annoying, isn't the main issue. Today, January 1st, 2026, I get a call from a woman who starts off the conversation reaffirming all the details from the day before, then goes into an "oh, by the way, because tomorrow is a holiday, (January 2nd) there is an additional service charge. I responded with, "please tell me what Holiday falls on January 2nd as every other business is open and taking money for services." I also mentioned that their hours do not reflect this. This barely understandable woman then repeats the same sentence/answer 5 times to the same question, never answering it. Finally, I asked what the "new" service charge is. She told me it is $269, with half applied if I accept the work. I told them to cancel it and hung up. The only correct action this company took was to cancel the appointment promptly. Illegal bait and switch. Next up, AG and BBB

Tim diligently solved the multitude of problems I had with both my electric oven and gas oven/cooktop. He was always professional, courteous and on time. I appreciated his sage advice regarding regular maintenance on my other household appliances in order to keep them in good working condition. He was so great with answering all my many questions. His vast knowledge and friendliness was much appreciated!

Excellent. Technician diagnosed the problem, told me the part to order and how to replace it myself, saving me another service call. Only complaint I have is their phone system. It doesn’t allow you to leave a message, and dumps the call over and over again.
