I was very impressed with the service I received from Aleksey at AFIX.PRO. He was prompt, arriving right on time, and was very courteous and professional throughout the visit. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my side by side feezer (it was making funny noises) and explained it in a way I could easily understand. My fridge suddenly broke down, and I was so stressed out — but this company saved the day! I am without a working refrigerator/freezer. They have caused an additional 4 day delay that is unnecessary. (On top of my 7weeks with out a working unit) A-Fix has diagnosed the issue, but refuses to report it to my home warranty so I can get replacement parts or replacement unit. They keep telling me, and the home warranty they are waiting for a supervisor. But no one is allowed to speak to said supervisor. I would never recommend this company, EVER. Period.
