Our two year old LG washer had a problem that flooded our utility room. Alexander, the repair technician, was great. He was pleasant and attentive to our needs. After speaking with LG, he ordered the part LG indicated. Unfortunately, the new part was not the correct fix. Alexander completed another analysis, ordered a new part. That new part was the correct fix. We are thankful for a working machine.

Washing machine was making a weird noise and called these guys out to fix it. Thought it might have been a belt issue, turns out the drain pump was acting up 3 weeks after getting the machine 😫. They replaced the part and now its quiet again. Highly recommend for repairs!

It'd be better off trying to fix It yourself on YouTube. Because that's all these guys do is come in and look at YouTube videos to see how to fix it. Side note, don't speak English. You have to communicate through an app on their phone.

Our refrigerator stopped working and I called around a bit before finding Fixon. Bruce was incredibly quick to get a technician to us and the technician, Sergei was very professional. They gave us great advice and even offered a loaner fridge to save what food we could until delivery. I highly recommend them and will use their services in the future.

Amazing individual! I worked with Bruce when I needed a repair for my fridge and he was hands down the best repair man I have ever worked with! Not only did he solve my problem but he was nice enough to answer questions regarding another fridge and my dish washer. Later on I had another issue and he was nice enough to invite me to his office and gave me instructions and parts for a new repair. I learned so much from him and I would highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repairs! I wish he was a repair man for everything! If I have say a plumbing issue in the future I might just send him a text and say "what do you know about bathroom sinks?" haha worth a shot :)

Bruce is so helpful and thorough. He took the time to teach me how to do maintenance on my machines to prolong their lifespan, and helped me track down parts for an older model refrigerator. Will definitely use again and recommend him highly.

Bruce from Fixon came out and fixed my dryer when it was not heating. He replaced the heating element at a reasonable price, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. He explained the situation, what leads to this sort of problem, and even gave me some simple tips for prolonging the life of my dryer. Bruce is very friendly, and I will certainly be calling Fixon next time I need an appliance repaired.
