Bruce is responsive, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt. He quickly revived my 14-year old stove that had stopped working, and for an extremely reasonable price. Bruce also came back to follow up on an issue I was having with one of the burners. He is generous with his time and talent and definitely on the side of the consumer to help us save money and not have to replace appliances. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. If it is, have Bruce fix it! Thank you Bruce!

Great service. Came on time and fixed my dryer really fast. I 100% recommend them.

On time with good communication. They were the most honest appliance mechanics I've ever met. They could have sold me a $700 dishwasher repair, but said even though it was GE Cafe, it probably wasn't worth repairing.
They have earned my trust and they will be the first place I call when I need appliance repair.

The service technician Keandre was very good and had the repairs to our washer and dryer completed in about 45 minutes. He was courteous, acted professionally, and answered our questions. The work was under warranty, so there were no charges...have no idea what the payment is from the manufacturer to the repair company.
