Good luck getting them to return your calls for a service appointment. They'll promise you a call back, and won't honor their word. Smh

I was not told a diagnosis would cost $70 they came down here just to tell me my washing machine was unfixable and charged me. when I was on the phone with them I even offered to drive it down there and she said oh we do home visits and never did the receptionist mention that home visits cost $70. Total extortion!!!

These idiots "fixed" my daughters washing machine to the tune of $300. One day later it blows up and floods the apartment. They come back and say the unit is shot and must be replaced. Uh no , no refund, what a bunch of criminals. If i was closer ( I live 1100 miles away) I would get close to these thieves and make it right. Be careful with these clowns IE: Go somewhere else!

Called out to fix dishwasher, told me they couldn't find the model number in their system and therefore could not order a new part. $75 dollars for the visit.

The tech went through a lot to determine our dryer was unfixable... Even buying and trying a new power supply. Only charged me for the diagnosis. Really appreciated that.

All-around GREAT! Fast, friendly service, with knowledgeable staff. They've fixed our dryer and our fridge, explained what was wrong, showed us the faulty parts and provided tips for keeping things running smoothly. We wouldn't use any other repair service!

James came on time,was able to fit me in just a day in advance.Even though it was to expensive to fix dryer,he got me in touch w/DeWitt appliance to buy a new dryer.He was very knowledgeable and polite.Also was honest, would definitely recommend.He went the extra mile in helping me out.

James could have charged me $1200 to repair my fridge, but really suggested I get a new one. Good honest people at Knapps have had dealings in the past and always professional.

Home Warranty dispatched these guys, never called to schedule appointment so I called them, spoke with a nice lady who said she would call me back, she didnt, called and left voice mails, no call back. Had to wait 8 days before Warranty company dispatched someone else.
