Online scheduling made the process easy and the technician was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend using their services.

I have always been pleased with the work these techs do. I was surprised this time by the fee. Not understanding that I was paying one price for him to show up, and another fee for him to cross my threshold and do work. This wasn't made clear when I booked the appointment. End result was a repair that cost the price of a new machine.

Two professional dressed technicians showed up to address a noise coming from the new stove. The technicians inspected the obvious first and discovered a loose fan nut. After completing a fan inspection it was reassembled and the nut tightened. After completing the dynamic test it was confirmed the loose nut was the source of the noise.

Cody came out and diagnosed our leaking washer and had a valve replaced, all within about 25 minutes. Fast and efficient, problem solved…can’t ask for more!

Our new refridgerator was making intermittent loud noise. The tech was wonderful and really appeared to know what he was doing. Great service, covered under warranty.

Appliance Hospital “fixed” our whirlpool washing machine, not even a year later, we had to have another company come to diagnose the machine, AGAIN. The second company found that the squealing issue was due to Appliance Hospitals shoddy job. The last repairman did not replace one of the screws, allowing the belt to misalign, then the misaligned belt wore against a wire. The wire casing had been completely worn away, leaving an EXPOSED wire. This could’ve ended badly if the wire had caused a fire. Not only did we pay for a service that left us worse off than we started but now we had to pay another professional to fix the disaster that the Appliance Hospitals repairman caused. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Doctor Justin showed up when he said he would and quickly and cleanly repaired my oven door. It was warrantee
And I was treated greatly, promptly and graciously.

Have a fridge that needed some fixing. Had a tech scheduled to come out. They called and did some quick over the phone diagnosis and confirmed that the repair was almost certainly out of my budget. Could have gotten a drive charge out of me, but no they chose to do focus on customer service over cash extraction.

We've used Appliance Hospital twice for refrigerator repair. In each case, the technicians were polite, professional, and explained clearly what the issue was and the process and cost to fix it. The second visit turned out to have a manufacturer's recommended procedure order in place, and the technician advised us that the repair was at no cost to us, as the manufacturer will cover it! Great service!

Had a wonderful quick visit from Doctor Stitch! Came in and checked our oven for a few small malfunctions, and after some explanation they were able to sort our issue within minutes!

Stitch came out to look at a leak in our Subzero fridge and fixed it on the spot! He was communicative, helpful, and walked me through how I can troubleshoot on my own if we run into any future issues. Would 100% call again!!

Doug and Vosh were prompt and professional in determining the cause of our non-functioning dishwasher and fixing it. We appreciated their manner, as well as their problem-solving abilities. Thank you!

Will is a very knowledgeable and professional technician. He repaired my oven quickly and efficiently. I have called upon the Appliance Hospital for over 20 years and will continue to make them my choice for appliance repair in the future.

I've had Appliance Hospital out to my house at least 10 times over the past 10 years. They were great. Until one of their techs left his tool inside the oven that he was repairing. The house filled with toxic smoke for 90 mins.

The tech left once the oven warmed up. Then the smoke started. I texted him re the smoke (at this point my smoke alarms were going off). His response that it was just the new element burning off.

After 30mins and no relief, he suggested it was now likely just grease accumulation burning off. It was a clearly not a grease smell but instead very toxic and his response was, "None of it makes sense."

Two days later he returns saying that he, "Had a theory on the smoke." He unscrewed the back of the oven and there were his pliers, and a pile of charred rubber.

This seemed like a great company. Until something goes wrong. My four children and I breathed in 90mins of toxic fumes due to this negligence. It's now been 4 weeks and the company will not return my calls.

The technician, Eduardo, was very unprofessional. He came to diagnosis an issue with my ice maker. I had a filter on hand and asked him to put it in for me. He stated that he does not do filters because if they leak, he is liable. I said, but you are the expert, you should be able to change a filter. I reached out through email and whoever responds to emails said that yes, he should be able to change a filter. In the meantime, we got the filter in but the change filter light stayed on. I reached out through email and asked if, on his return visit, he could check if it was installed properly. They said that he could. Yesterday he came, I explained, he asked if I had reset the filter. I didn’t know that was a thing. He asked if I had my manual, I don’t. I asked if he could reset it. He said, I don’t know how, but it would tell you in the manual, Again I said, you are the expert, you should be able to do this. He said, you have now offended me twice, goodbye. He left without installing the part that he came to do. Today I received an email that they will no longer be able to service me.

20 years ago we had our kitchen remodeled and installed a subzero refrigerator freezer. It is built into the cabinetry. A month or so ago the refrigerator compartment cooling system failed. Subzero doesn’t make units this narrow anymore so we would’ve either had to go to a different brand or have the old one rebuilt. We elected to have it rebuilt. We had both the refrigerator cooling system replaced and the freezer compartments system replaced although that was working well. The technician, Doug Watts, knows how to do this work and knows how to do it properly. The unit seems to be working fine, although the rebuild was done less than 24 hours ago. We are very pleased with both the office staff and with Doug’s work.

Very good experience with this group. I bought a warranty for my washer and they are supporting it. Doug came over, a wonderful tech, came over and nailed the problem; had parts at the ready as well. Black-belt level service.

I was directed to this company when we had a problem with our brand new GE dishwasher. There technician arrived and said he didn't have the parts or the tools to fix the unit, that GE should have sent their own tech out. He proceeded to spend the rest of his time complaining and said that GE should probably just replace the unit altogether.

I contacted GE and was told the Appliance Hopspital had ordered the parts and would complete the repair. I asked if we couldn't have someone else do the work because the Appliance Hospital tech didn't seem to think he could do the job. "No" I was told. The Appliance Hospital would get the job done.

When the Appliance Hospital called to schedule the appointment, I requested a different tech because of the unprofessional way their first rep had presented himself. I was told they preferred to have the same tech finish the job for the sake of continuity. I pressed the point, but was told the only other tech they had for my area was on vacation and asked if I wouldn't give the first tech a 2nd chance. I was assured he would be counseled about his attitude. I agreed and an appointment was scheduled.

The day arrived and approx. 1 hour prior to the appt. I receive a call canceling the appt. because the tech felt uncomfortable that we were unhappy with his lack of professionalism and to call the manufacturer to find someone else.

Scrolling through their reviews, I see a lot of unhappy customers. I certainly won't use this outfit again. Proceed at your own peril.
