Bruce is absolutely the best man for any appliance repair! He is the most honest ,helpful and, trustworthy repair man I’ve ever met. He’s come and saved the day for me doing emergency repairs on our washer and had him out for our refrigerator also recently. I highly recommend him and will never use anyone else.

Bruce is an absolute saint. He fixed our dishwasher and microwave for less than it would have cost to even have anyone else come out to diagnose. Super nice guy and loves dogs! Do not look elsewhere for any of your appliance needs.

In a word, Bruce is amazing. In another word, he’s an expert. Seriously, he explained every part and circuit of my dishwasher in the exact amount of detail that a layperson like me needed to understand what was going on. I trust him implicitly and appreciate his attention to detail. Also, he’s a great conversationalist and I really, truly enjoyed the time he was here. Thank you, Bruce!

Bruce is the real deal. He’s the repair guy you hope to find because he’s competent and kind. He’s worth every penny. He understood we had an emergency, made himself available and explained the repair process making both me and my husband comfortable with the outcome. Thank you Bruce.

Bruce was fantastic! My home warranty company sent another company out first, who claimed I was overloading my washer and said there was no problem (they didn’t even open up the machine) - I called my warranty company, complained asking for someone else to look at it. They sent Bruce, who immediately saw the problem and it was fixed incredibly fast! Next time, I will just call Fixon. He also has a great person named Chelsea who coordinates for him, and they make things a breeze too!

Bruce was awesome. He was communicative, quick, kind and shared his expertise. Filled me in on what was broken in my dryer, why it commonly broke and gave me maintenance tips to make sure my washer and dryer didn't break in the future. 10 of 10!

Bruce is so wonderful! His work is very thorough and precise. He's helped my whole family and I highly recommend him! Don't forget to call him for just a tune up on any appliance not just when something is broken!

The first time we met Bruce during the covid pandemic he fixed our refrigerator when three other different repair companies over the a 2 year period weren't able. At another time he also repaired our oven, and then our dishwasher and gave us advice on how to prevent problems in the future. He's not only a good repair man, he's a great educator. So recently when our refrigerator wasn't cooling on top we immediately called Fixon Bruce's company. That repair was done quickly. The next day I think our appliances is missed him as my 20 + year old gas dryer quit working. Once again Bruce to the rescue! Everything's working perfectly now. Bruce's honest, friendly and professional. I recommend him with AAA+.

Bruce from Fixon was incredible in every way a repair technician can be. He was right on time, super friendly and informative, and fixed the issue with my refrigerator. Truly a font of wisdom and a lovely person. He even gave me tips to help keep my refrigerator running in top shape in the future. I almost want another appliance to fail just so I can chat with Bruce some more. Truly an A+ experience.

I called Bruce for advice when my fridge stopped getting colder than 50F. After looking the unit up from the serial number (he talked me through where to find this) and letting me know it was 22 years old and talked me through a few of the options for repair or replacement. He was extraordinarily kind and patient with my questions. I opted to get a new fridge but will be keeping his information for the next time I need any appliance repaired. Great experience.

10/10 would recommend. Bruce came over on short notice and did great work installing my appliances (after Costco botched the deliver not once, but twice) and made me feel like his neighbor. Would highly recommend and will definitely call again!

Bruce is truly amazing. He diagnosed my Samsung refrigerator problem in no time, when few techs I called first wouldn't even work on it. Then he promptly got the right part and fixed it in record time. He's knowledgeable, intelligent and has a wicked sense of humor. I've never recommended repair services in my life, but I can't praise his work too highly.

Bruce is such a nice guy!! I came to buy a replacement dryer cord, and he even pulled one off of a unit he had sitting around since he didn't have any loose ones at the time. Come support local businesses - it's way cheaper than the big box stores and you get incredible service. I'll be coming back here for any and all of my appliance needs.
