Bruce was amazing, he is now in my phone as my go to fix it person. He was fast in responding, fair in pricing and quick and clean in his work. I will 100% will recommend him to friends, family and neighbors.

Came out the same day to repair a broken freezer that we were about to replace. Fixed it up in less than an hour for about what others would charge just to come look. We will definitely be calling Fixon up for our next repair!

Our dryer was not heating. We called Bruce at Fixon who tried to resolve the problem over the phone. When this didn't work Bruce came to our house soon after another appt to repair the problem. Bruce was very friendly and used humor as he described how dryers work. He took us through a step by step analyses of what might be wrong. He identified that the heating coil wire was broken. Bruce had a replacement unit in his car. It was quickly fixed. Bruce charged a very reasonable price for the repair without any smoke and mirrors. We highly recommend Fixon!

Bruce was over at my place within minutes of me contacting him. He was able to fix my microwave handle, which another appliance company told me they couldn't fix and that I should just buy a new microwave. Also he was very friendly and helpful.

Was told by a repair company that I needed an expensive repair. I called Bruce at Fixon for another opinion. He was cordial and fit me into his schedule the next day. He was very informative,explained everything and repair my washer for a whole lot less than I was quoted by another company. I mentioned to Bruce that my refrigerator light was not working and was told by another company that the refrig. was old and to buy a new one. Bruce had the switch fixed in ten minutes, I appreciate the kindness and expertise of Bruce and will call him for all my appliance repairs.

Like every review says, Bruce is absolutely amazing. He is so honest and knowledgable. I called him for our Samsung dryer giving us an error code 3C, which is apparently a common issue with Samsung dryers. Bruce gave me a few advices over the phone how to troubleshoot. After watching a few YouTube videos in addition to his tips, I was able to fix the issue by myself. When I called him back about that, he was very happy that I am technical enough to fix the issue even though that meant he was not able to make money from this project. I really hope all technicians are honest like Bruce. I will definitely call him if I need to hire someone for appliance projects in the future. Also I will tell all of my friends about Bruce.

He recently came to assess the dishwasher in my rental property, and while it was unfortunately beyond repair, Bruce quickly sourced a new dishwasher at a fantastic price. Bruce is the man! Super nice, friendly guy. Dryer wouldn't start. First step, went through thorough diagnostics over the phone (no cost) to make sure it wasn't something simple. Then showed up next day to take the thing apart and find the problem (broken plastic piece inside). He ordered a replacement, came back two days later, exactly when he said he would, and got it going again. He stuck around and spent some extra time fixing shoddy duct work by the original installers. In all, including phone time, he probably spent a couple of hours with me and his rate was remarkably competitive. I made sure to kick in a little extra. Will be calling Bruce for all future appliance needs. You should too!

Look no further for an exceptionally kind and experienced appliance repairman. It was such a pleasure to find Bruce, who not only fixed my oven but showed me how it worked and what had gone wrong, and in the process fixed the stove knobs which kept falling off and I had been replacing them at $70 a pop. He fixed them so they wouldn't break again, at no cost. He also kindly replaced parts in my microwave that I had ordered, again at no cost, and told me how to save money on parts in the future. He was very easy to communicate with and his price was very reasonable just for the oven repair, let alone all of the additional help. And the biggest bonus, I learned a few things about Shiraz wine and literature! 😄 Bruce is truly one of a kind.
