5 stars for Justin! Super kind, quick, ahead of schedule, and communicative about what was going on with my washing machine. Would definitely hire him again next time we have any issues around the house - thanks, Justin!

We had a difficult repair of a 20+ year-old gas dryer, and Appliance Hospital went out of their way to help us. The technician Will was especially diligent, troubleshooting and guiding the process to get the unit repaired. This is our third experience using their services for our appliances, and we've been consistently happy with the speed of response and quality of the work.

Don Stadeli does amazing work. Communication is perfect and repairs are always done correctly and explained in terms anyone can understand. He has fixed multiple appliances for us and advised us when appliances were no longer economically viable to maintain. Would use him again with zero hesitation, and highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair.

Mark was outstanding came right in the house knew exactly what to do. Diagnosed our dryer and quickly broke down the whole system down to the screws! Installed the part with ease, and had it all back together not a screw missing in under 30 minutes. Dryer is back together heating normally maybe better than before. High recommend.

This appointment was so easy to set up, and the text reminders are great! I actually had to provide some last minute details about our driveway and Appliance Refrigeration Hospital answered my call quickly and messaged the technician. Technician arrived on time and was polite and well spoken. All problems solved! Happy Customer 😁

Our tenants reported that the dishwasher is no longer getting hot water. We called Appliance Hospital to take a look. The tech informed the tenants that the problem was due to the plumbing design not providing hot water adequately to that part of the house and that the dishwasher cannot be used until that gets addressed because it does not get hot enough to sanitize properly.
They gave us a different story -- they told us that if the tenants ran hot water for 3-4 minutes in the kitchen sink, the dishwasher would have the hot water it needs.
We were confused because we never had a problem with hot water in the dishwasher in the 3 years we lived there, so if it was plumbing design causing it, why wasn’t there a problem before? We called Appliance Hospital to get some clarification and were promised that the tech would call back that afternoon. Nothing. We called again the next day, promised the same thing, nothing. Yet again on the 3rd day. It seems that patiently calling everyday does not get their attention or elicit a proper callback.
Appliance Hospital’s poor / lack of communication about their diagnosis created a lot of unnecessary confusion and problems for us and our tenants to deal with. I do not recommend using them. -
Gene from Appliance Hospital serviced our Whirlpool refrigerator this week. I was not physically there but my roommate was at home and relayed the following to me. Gene was respectful, nice and very helpful. The initial problem was the filtered water coming out of the fridge would only work intermittently on a brand new fridge. There were also other concerns like food and milk semi-freezing.
Gene figured out that the initial setup from Home Depot was not done correctly. The damper between the freezer and the fridge was wide open which caused the cold air from the freezer to freely enter the fridge which froze food and liquid in the fridge and more importantly - the fresh water line which is physically located on the back wall inside the fridge compartment.
Once the damper was adjusted, the food in the fridge is no longer frozen and the water line is clear. Thank you Gene for the excellent service! Highly recommend this company. -
My new 6 mo refrigerator had a warranty issue (alarm on for freezer possibly needing a new control board). Jeff, the Technician, diagnosed the problem and is working with us to ensure that it get resolved.
Jeff arrived on time. He is friendly, an excellent communicator and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Jeff and this company. -
Very happy with Appliance Hospital office staff and the work of the technician. Keandre was knowledgeable and took care of the repair in quick order. He also gave me valuable information about my Wolf oven. I would just add that in the future, technicians put a drop cloth down to prevent damage to the floor.

Excellent + prompt Office assistance. Service Rep was thorough & was able to complete tasks at hand, while explaining the related cause. All was very reassuring. I highly recommend & will again call, if needed, on the service support of Appliance Hospital.

Our 9 year old Kenmore dryer stopped providing heat so we called Appliance Doctors who were able to come by a few days later. Turns out it needed a new thermostat. Technician Jeff was thorough and explained everything, told us why we didn't need to buy a new dryer, just how to take better care of our current machine to help it last longer. Thanks!

Justin replaced my lid lock on my Washer under warranty paid for by Speed Queen. My appointment timeframe was between 2 PM and 5 PM. He called shortly before 2pm saying he would be here in about 15 minutes and was fix my lid lock. He gave me valuable information on how to use my set and even waited for my current load to finish to make sure I was working right. Kudos to Justin, you’re welcome back anytime!

My son-law referred Don to me with great praise.
I had double whammy leaks. Dishwasher and bottom freezer. I am so glad they are all fixed and I was given a prompt appointment. I’m not up on cost for these things now. But as I said Don was most helpful. Very personable and professional. -
Be careful of this company. Our over oven microwave stopped working. Their Sr. Tech came out 3 times and finally got it working - for a little over 60 days - before it stopped working again. Their one year guarantee only applies if the exact part replaced fails again, NOT if the appliance stops working again. We spent over $500 for one failed repair, and we won't spend more to have them try again.

I had to use Appliance Hospital because my brand-new KitchenAid dishwasher wasn’t drying dishes properly (see photo). Unfortunately, my experience with their service was disappointing for several reasons.
First, the technicians didn’t confirm that the dishwasher was working correctly before leaving—on either of the two visits they made to replace parts. One technician even tried to convince me that newer dishwashers simply don’t dry plastic items, which I knew wasn’t true.
Each appointment came with a three-hour arrival window, which meant I had to block out large portions of my day. Over the two-week repair process, I lost about nine hours of work time waiting for technicians who ultimately couldn’t resolve the issue.
After multiple visits, the technician finally gave up and told me to contact KitchenAid customer service. Instead, I reached out to the appliance store where I originally purchased the dishwasher. They handled the situation directly with KitchenAid and were able to get me a brand-new dishwasher under warranty—and guess what? It dries everything, including plastic, perfectly. -
Cody (tech 45) was awesome! He was great about communication and very pleasant to deal with. Cody was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our refrigerator, order parts, and come back in a few days to install them. I highly recommend you call this company and ask for Cody!

This company exceeded my expectations, we told them the issue we were having with our ice maker. Instead of coming out, assessing, ordering the parts, and having to make a second trip and extending the time for repairs, they were proactive and brought the parts with them and installed them on the spot. Great Customer service, very happy with how they handled this.

So glad this great fix it company is around. Our KitchenAid dishwasher was just steaming our dishes instead of circulating the water to wash the dishes. I went through the KitchenAid website and they matched me with the fine people at Appliance Hospital. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue and thankfully they had the part with them to fix it. I'm sad to see appliances aren't made how they use to be but so thankful AH is around to help get our dishwasher working again.

I got a horrible experience. Tech Stephan fron Eugene OR came to my house to fix my dishwasher, charged me $129 for the visit. Said it needs new wires because a mice broke a wire. I agred under the impresión that it Will be fixed. To my surprise,Stephan left abruptly without testing the dishwasher. He called me to charged me. I Said let me call My tenant to make sure it works to his satisfacción. My tenant informes that it never worked. When I called customer service, Stephan Made notes saying that customer (me) dies not want to play. I schedule a new visit with Grace cust serv. Stephan when back again abd Said that a mice broke the harness again. That was a lie because the dishwasher never work in the first place. But instead, Stephan left notes saying that it now needs a water pump. And at the end it Will cost me more that $700 all together. I asked they to refund me the money that I inially spent, customer service Phillip Said that Will not happen. So I initiated a dispute with My bank. And I Will Buy a new dishwasher. I wasted time, money, and inconveniente ti My tenant who had to así for day off for nothing. Stay away from this company. Specially from technitian Stephan who leaves the property abruptly to avoid customer disatisfaction..

Cody went above and beyond for us. He was prompt, quick and very professional. He even helped figure out an additional issue I was having. We will definitely use him again if anything else comes up. Highly recommend.
*update- our Fridge is actually still not working. I had to wait till past the holiday to call back in. I will update after our fridge actually gets fixed. Our ice machine was not working. He said it was the ice maker and we needed a new one. Paid for a new one and had it installed. Was told to wait 24 hours and the we would have ice. It made ice but it’s still not dispensing :( -
