ProSolutions made the trip outside of their service area, sending Vladimir. He worked very hard to sort out the issue with my fridge.
It took several visits, due to the odd issue with a 20 year old GE not having direct replacement parts along with poor documentation on alternatives. Still, they found the right motor for me, I supplied the new alternative control card and Vladimir came back without charge to make sure it turned out right. Nice folks in a decent operation. Recommended.

I am very pleased with ProSolution. They are very responsive and prompt, which was great because I needed someone the same day. Tim is an excellent and experienced technician. He did such a good job with the cooktop, I asked him to repair my convection oven. He gave me great advice and explained the specifics of what was wrong with both appliances. All repairs were done efficiently and to my satisfaction. The name ProSolution is right on the money!

I had a problem with my Whirlpool front-loading washing machine - sometimes, after the wash cycle was finished, the door wouldn’t open. The issue started about 5 days ago and occurred intermittently, which was quite inconvenient.

I had a problem with my Bosch SHPM78W55N/01 dishwasher - it stopped heating water, and during operation, the E:09 error code appeared. I contacted the service center, and the technician arrived promptly, quickly identified the cause, and completely fixed the issue. The work was done professionally, and now everything works perfectly. It was a bit more expensive than I expected, but the result was worth it. I’m very satisfied with the service!

Wanted 250$ per hour for a repair in which I would provide both all supplies and instructions. Seriously?

Let me begin that it's super suss there are so many 5-star reviews from exactly 7 months ago. Especially since 6 months ago I had an incredibly terrible experience. Today it was confirmed they have no business working on washing machines. Back in August they showed up 4 hours late to fix my washing machine. They changed the rods and sensor, but somehow sprung a leak from the wall connection. They then had to turn the water off to the house for the next few hours. He left to go to Home Depot. When he got back someone had met them outside to "assist with the problem". Next thing I know the smoke detector is going off because they're using a torch to fix the leak they sprang. Oh. The connection still leaked, and when they came back they argued about it leaking. I was over them long before this point. Fast forward to present and the drum falls to the bottom of my top loader. A new service man came out and was baffled. Apparently where the tech was supposed to use a lubricant, they used an adhesive. What a joke. Save your time and money and go with a different company.

Borys knows what he’s doing! We had someone before Borys who came to our house twice to fix our fridge and not only couldn’t he find the control panel, that’s not even what was broken. Borys not only analyzed to problem correctly, he fixed it in NO time! Super-professional and reliable!

Afixpro EARNED this review. Our LG dishwasher stopped working 3 weeks after purchase. LG called AFIXPRO. They came out and fixed it. 5 days later, same problem, no power coming through. They send a different guy, Ivan. He looks at it, tellsnus it needs a control panel (didn't the last guy do that?) and perhaps a control (mother) board. Parts take a while. Ivan came today and installed a new control panel. Everything seemed fine. When the display went dead again, I called Ivan. He turned right back around and returned to troubleshoot. He installed the control board and all is as it should be.
In all fairness to AFIXPRO, and why I say they EARNED this REVIEW is this:
As it turned out, the first tech that came out didn't do much of anything. Ivan was able to show me how he could tell the parts were factory installed and had not been replaced. He also told me that the prior tech was no longer with the company and they were in the process of taking care of all his recalls for work that he either did poorly, or not at all. So, they had a poor employee, got rid of him, and are cleaning up the mess. And doing it in a professional, personable and very friendly manner. The job was completed quickly and no mess was left behind. I will not hesitate to call AFIXPRO when I need such services in the future.

Possibly the worst company I've ever dealt with. AHS sent them to fix my Wolf oven. After 4 call-outs with several guys sweating over my oven and dismantling it without care, they walked away without even telling me if it was fixable. I paid for a company to come fix my expensive oven - APPLIANCE HOSPITAL (FANTASTIC COMPANY!!). Appliance Hospital found wires not connect to anything inside my oven, and parts for my oven were actually in the oven! If I could give them zero stars I would.
