We had Ben come out and paint the exterior and replace the roof on our home. We purchased the house knowing we needed to do some repairs and updates. When looking for a contractor, Ben was professional and easy to work with. He was able to make our project fit in the timeline we had and he came in on budget. There were many hurdles that we had to overcome with supply chain issues, shipment delays, and availability of material. Ben was able to professionally communicate these issues and we were still able to get our project completed to everyone's satisfaction.

Ben and his team were awesome to work with on our home project. We had some fascia boards redone along the side and front of our home replaced including a custom cut piece. Ben is timely and kind, and you can tell that he cares about his customers satisfaction and takes pride in the work. He is very communicative while a job is in progress and fair with his prices. Ben's team was professional, cautious and just simply nice people. Our end result is beautiful and we will definitely hire Aspect Renovation to do more work on our home again as well as recommend him to our friends.

We hired Aspect Renovation in April of 2021 to paint our home. I mean, look at the attached photos, those speak a thousand words in themselves! Ben was great to work with; knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done (repairs to siding & wood end caps, sealing up the gaps in siding, and sun exposure), honest about the maintenance of the darker exterior paint colors, and the QUALITY & DETAIL that was put into painting our home leaves me speechless even now. To find a contractor that truly cares about its customers and their happiness is like finding a needle in a haystack. Even after the project was finished, he would follow up with us about the finished product and even came back out several weeks later to see how everything had settled.

We get so many compliments on our house, even now a year later!! We recommend Aspect Renovation to all of our friends, neighbors and acquaintances! We will be hiring Aspect Renovation for more projects in the future!

My husband and I hired Ben at Aspect Renovation to create builtins and redo the surround on our fireplace. He created custom builtins that were done beautifully. Ben did an amazing job painting my house red! Not only was it a challenging color to paint, he repaired and replaced any damaged cedar siding. It looks great and we get many compliments.

Our garage was run through when a car did not stop. Center post and doors were badly damaged. These guys have exceptional workmanship, especially with the small details. Best part is their communication about steps of the job, and letting us know what time they are arriving. This lets us continue our schedules, without waiting for people to show up. Aspect Renovation just finished my shower remodel in the primary bathroom and I am thrilled with the result! From the start, Ben listened attentively to my vision for the design and pointed me in the right direction to source the various components at the best value. His knowledge of products was invaluable in making the right decisions for the tile and the fixtures. Ben’s proposed plan for the demo and installation was executed perfectly- he said he would begin at 8am Monday morning and he was at my house at 8 am Monday morning! I don’t even remember the last time a contractor showed up when he said he would! He said he would complete the job on Saturday and, amazingly, he finished on Saturday! He and his colleague, Smith, were there every day and worked all day. They were courteous, communicative and clean. Their tile work was impeccable and has drawn countless compliments from all who have seen it! My shower is now functional, beautiful and safe for years to come. If ten stars were possible, I would have given them! I highly recommend Aspect Renovation!

Aspect Renovation did a great job on my kitchen remodel and new floors project. Ben went above and beyond on many aspects of this whole project. His painting expertise was greatly appreciated and he was willing to offer me lots of painting tips and tricks. He was also willing to let me add some additional items to the scope of work. His attention to detail was wonderful. The people he works with including flooring and electricians are all top notch and share his appreciation for detail. The only exception to that was the cabinet company he used. They were horrid. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience and I will use Aspect Renovation for future projects.
