Ben and his team were phenomenal! They worked closely with us on the plan for our home remodel and executed it beautifully. We couldn't be happier with the results. Ben and his are consummate professionals, and stand by their work. We plan on working with them on the exterior of our home next summer. They're a great team!

We hired Aspect Renovation (Ben) to originally paint our home, it came out incredible. So when we looked to design and build a custom awning over an existing concrete patio, he was our immediate go to, and he over delivered. We are completely blown away by the finished product.

Ben and Nathaniel are always so quick to respond to my messages. Very good communication. They do the jobs well and in a timely manner. We have asked them to do a bigger remodel job as well as smaller odd jobs. They are also very friendly! I highly recommend them.

Aspect Renovation is the best communicators we've ever worked with. All their work was excellent and done on time. Always cleaned up afterwards. We now have an updated home with new roof, new outside paint, new carpeting, several miscellaneous repairs, a new french drain in our driveway where Mother Nature sprouted up a spring unexpectedly, and tree trimming of 9 trees with low hanging branches.
I can’t say enough good things about Ben and the Aspect team. Highly recommend!

Wonderful guys and top notch work. My deck was crumbling so Ben and his crew got to work, saving some of the existing railings but created a beautiful flower box and privacy fence. I would highly recommend Aspect.

I have worked with WOB for several projects - my new roof, insulation, painting, and also they will be building an ADU for me. I have found them to be very professional an excellent value for the money, and responsive.

Western Oregon Builders did a few different projects for me including a new roof, am awesome backyard patio/fire pit and new iron railings. In each case they were prompt, did what they said they were going to do and the quality of work was great.

These guys were great. It turned out not to be a simple replace the siding job. I had a lot of damage. They addressed all dry rot, repaired framing and took steps to ensure I won't have this kind of problem in the future. Very professional and they clearly knew what they were doing. I did refer my neighbors to them and would recommend them to anyone else.

WOB did a wonderful job remodeling our '70 kitchen. It's amazing..the quality of work and craftsmanship is excellent.

They promised a start time.....told me how long it would take...and what it would cost... and they kept their promise.....My wife couldn't be happier..... Happy wife...happy life :)

Very disappointed in this company. Had their representative Jeremy over to give me a quote on a remodel to include a new bathroom. He was very excited about the project, said they could start in 2 -3 months and he offered numerous suggestions for making the project better.
He invited me to stop by the office to discuss the bid and pick out tiles and items for the bathroom. HOWEVER...15 minutes before the appointment at the office he called and said the bid was not ready. He had no idea what the project would estimate at and declared that they would not be able to even think about this project for at least two years. Totally blew me off. I asked him to send me an estimate and I have never heard back from him. This company in my opinion is unprofessional, lying, dishonest, untrustworthy and one to be avoided at all costs.

And your reply puts all of your excuses as my fault which shows how unprofessional you are. You stated you could start this project within 6 months. You came by and inspected the property. I was ready to commit to the project. Yet you now say it's an "unprecedented time? If you are not able to do the work why are you going out and trying to find more work? You wasted my time. Start taking responsibility for your actions and be responsible and professional.

Alex and crew did an extraordinary job on our house. We remodeled several rooms and a deck. The craftsmanship was excellent and the price was fair. Would use Western Oregon Builders again.

Alex and his Western Oregon Builders team are not only contractors, but builders with imagination. Alex is enthusiastic about any type of job that we asked him to do at our wedding venue The Troutdale House over the past 10 years. From large garden arbors and trellises, Irish inspired bar, vintage Romanian underground wine cellar to our newest massive lodge expansion on the East wing with a garage underneath. He has the right tools and vehicles for a large scale construction or for a small ADU addition in your back yard that requires a very small excavator to fit through your side gate. Seriously, after each job, Alex, my wife and I would sit back with tears in our eyes admiring his newest masterpiece. Thank you Alex and WOB!!!

I had small remodel of a window replaced by french doors, and Alex and his crew were fantastic. Alex and his team are friendly and focused, and the work is top notch. I'm looking forward to working with them on more extensive projects in the future. Highly recommend them.

We had Western Oregon Builders replace our roof and install two large skylights in our living room. Alex was great to work with, and we were impressed by his attention to detail and the professional, clear communication from everyone at WOB. The job was completed on time and looked great, and they even did a couple extra touch-ups to our existing flashings to make me happy. One particularly rainy day, a few months later, we had a leak; worried and upset, I contacted WOB and Alex was out within an hour to assess the cause. It turned out likely to be caused by leaves we had unknowingly allowed to accumulate above one of the skylights. Even though that wasn't their fault, Alex had someone out on New Year's Day to do some more checking and adding some improvements to help with this problem in the future (plus, we will keep the leaves off!). I can't say enough good things about the integrity of this company and their dedication to their work.
