Nothing like having them take up. All the resident parking in a parking by permit only area. But getting to listen to them use foul language just outside your window all afternoon will be the real treat. Seems like they're completely lost and unable to fix a very simple outdoor lighting issue.

We lost power during the recent wind/rain storm; our neighbors' power was all on, but we only had one light working. We had no lights, no water, and no heat for almost 3 days. PGE came back out and determined that wires were disconnected on our service mast; because of the risk of fire, they shut everything off and said we'd need a licensed electrician to restore power.

I called Christenson, and the friendly person who answered put in contact with Jeremy McKinney, who called me back promptly and was out here within two hours. We knew we'd have to pay emergency rates because he had to postpone another scheduled job he was going to (that person had a generator so was okay for the time being), but we were very grateful that he could get out that same day.

Jeremy worked quickly and efficiently, and was finished in about 3 hours. He provided photos of the before/after repairs, and told us we'd need to call a roofing company to repair the roof (when we had our roof replaced years ago the mast hadn't been installed properly. If it hadn't been for Jeremy, we would still not be aware of that issue.) He called PGE (they had to approve the work before they'd turn on our power) and left the necessary paperwork for them. They came out much earlier than expected and turned on our power. What a relief!

From my first contact with Jeremy, he was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and very professional and efficient. We were so grateful that he came out quickly and worked so hard to get us up and running again. We thought that the charges were fair and not unreasonable.

Vitaliy did an excellent job installing Ethernet ports, access points, and cable channels throughout our home - all for a very reasonable price. He was open and collaborative when working with our particular needs, and he kept us in the loop every step of the way. I spoke with a few potential technicians before choosing to go with Prime Integration and I'm very pleased with the choice. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and cleanly.

Vitaliy did a fantastic job. Was on time, courteous, professional. With that being said he also did a amazing job of cleanup afterward. His pricing was more than reasonable compared to other ones that I had. My job was a mantelmount flat screen tv mount which does go above the fireplace mantel and then pulls out over the mantel and then drops down. This is not a easy job as many will not even do them. All I can say is that if you are thinking about doing something like this give him a call.
