Let me tell you RIGHT NOW if I could give 10 Stars I would. I have nothing bad to say. The price was reasonable, and fair. Professionalism, and friendliness were great. The job itself is done exactly to my specs, and even a little beyond. This was a fairly large job, and there were some difficulties due to where they had to wire. They still held firm to their quote. They showed up on time, and left before I expected. After this experience I honestly cannot imagine going anywhere else. They also helped my mother with a project and she was happy as well. I highly recommend this electrician. Check here first!

Robert, the electrician that showed for Oakley electric was absolutely amazing. He is the personification of customer service. He showed up on time, was friendly and polite, offered advice on not just the project we had brought him over for but also answered questions about projects we have not yet started. He offered discounts where he could, offering us multiple options to fix our current issues. I would HIGHLY recommend him to not just family and friends but anyone who asks. I will be using Oakley electric and more specifically Robert on all further electric projects or problems in my house.

I enlisted the services of Oakley Electric to do an electrical panel upgrade for my house. On the day of the job, the three workers arrived before they were even supposed to be here and began prepping for the task. They explained everything to me and I felt confident in their knowledge and their ability to do a good job. I am so happy with the upgrade they did. They did not make a mess and were very tidy and efficient with their work. I'll be sure to use Oakley for any other electrical needs I have in the future.

I recently hired Oakley Electric Installation Company to install new wiring in my home, and I am absolutely furious with the terrible service I received. From start to finish, this company was a nightmare to deal with, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

First of all, the initial consultation was a complete waste of time. The electrician who came to my house seemed completely uninterested in my needs and was very dismissive when I asked questions about the process. He was also extremely late, and didn't bother to call to let me know he was running behind. When he finally did show up, he rushed through the inspection and left without explaining anything.

The actual installation was even worse. Justin was sloppy and careless, leaving debris all over my home and making a mess of my walls. They also caused damage to my furniture and appliances, which they did not offer to repair or compensate for. When I pointed out the damage, the workers became defensive and argumentative, refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes.

To add insult to injury, the installation itself was not done correctly. Within a few weeks, I started having problems with my electrical system, including flickering lights and blown fuses. When I called Oakley Electric to report the issues, they were incredibly unhelpful and dismissive, insisting that the problems were not their fault and that I would need to pay for additional repairs.

Overall, my experience with Oakley has Electric Installation Company was a complete disaster. I would not recommend this company to anyone, and I strongly advise anyone considering hiring them to look elsewhere. Save yourself the time, money, and stress, and find a more reliable and professional company to handle your electrical needs.

I had Oakley Electric replace the knob and tube wiring at my house. The installation date happened to land during an ice storm. Troy was very communicative and extremely professional. His guys were fantastic, clean, fast and did great work. The best part was the value, he offered a great price for work that was done well and efficiently. I would highly recommend Oakley!

Oakley electric has always done a fabulous job for me and my company! I would recommend them on any electrical project and will continue to use them on all my jobs!

If I could give zero stars I would. They were contracted to fix repairs in our home before we moved in and didn’t fix anything. Instead wrote notes on the back of our outlet plates stating basically they didn’t know how to fix it. We are just now finding these notes and having problems come up from what they didnt fix. The technician that came out basically admitted he didn’t know much about electrical. We now have fire hazards in our home and two rooms that no longer have power to them. I’m not sure what they were paid to do other than steal money and not fix anything. We’ve been unable to get a hold of anyone to hold them accountable for what they didn’t do.

I would never recommend this company and would stay clear of ever having them come into your home.

We had a few “maybe we better sell the place” electrical problems at our 1960’s home. Magician Nate was out here from Oakley Electric. Looks like we’ll stay a while. Boy got Skillz. Great work, great value. We wanna adopt.

Oakley electric was great- they communicated well and went above and beyond. They grounded our entire house, they explained the process, and made our circuit directory much more clear. 100% recommend!!

We had a strange problem of no power in our garage and several different lights and outlets in our kitchen and living room. Turned out they were all on the same circuit. Bobby came out ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON and quickly troubleshot, isolated and corrected the wiring problem caused by an old wire connected to a garage outlet, from maybe 40-years ago, that was now shorting because of the high level of rain. Bobby really saved our weekend and he was one of the nicest guys you could ever have work on your electrical. He is an absolute professional in every way and I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Our home is 45 years old so there are various things that need attention, including electrical. We moved here in July and have been steadily fixing and upgrading our outdoor lighting with the help of Oakley Electric. Bobby repaired low-voltage lights that the movers ran over& broke, and he has installed new lights along our driveway. He made thoughtful recommendations on timers and sensors, and also managed tricky interior upgrades. We love Oakley Electric & recommend 100%.

The Oakley crew did an incredible job on my new ADU that I designed and managed. Troy helped me with some options during design and working through decisions during the build was a great experience. The guys were flexible and fun to work with, a huge contribution to a successful project I now call home. Thank you guys!

We really appreciated the involvement Troy had in reviewing our plans and the initial bidding process. From a day-to-day perspective, we were also pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail our Journeyman, Matt, had when questions arose. From our walk together at the start of the project to our final walk at rough-in inspection, he made us feel confident in our decision in selecting Oakley Electric for our build. Two thumbs up!

After getting a letter from PGE that the house I recently moved into needed an unusually complicated electrical repair or they'd be shutting off my power, I was grateful for the team at Oakley, who worked with me the figure out the best solution to the problem. Troy was great at communicating with me about the work and helping me understand the issues, and the teams who came to my house were professional and efficient (and clearly competent--they did an excellent job). I would definitely recommend Oakley to others in the Portland area.

We had an incredible experience from Troy and his team. From the moment I called the office and spoke to Melanie to the completion of a rewiring project, they were so great to work with. They are kind, professional, timely, competitive pricing, etc. They made suggestions for future projects and how optimize our electrical panel.

We are getting new countertop and backsplash and wanted the plugs and other connections to be moved around. He arrived right at 8, took time to understand exactly what we wanted and walked through options and the steps he was going to take to check everything and understand how our house is wired. He is clearly knowledgeable and I was comfortable with his recommendation. He was there for every decision and made sure we got what we wanted. After he was done, he walked through everything he did and made sure it works for our needs. I'm so happy with the work, keeping their number handy and recommending to anyone needing work done.
