Extremely helpful, professional, and efficient service with clear communication. Josy called to let me know my electrician Sergey would be arriving 3 hours early & to make sure that time worked for me. Sergey was fantastic - diagnosed the problem & explained to me WHY it happened & how to prevent it from happening again in addition to fixing what needed to be fixed all in the same day. Highly recommend this company.

The service was great. JAVIER was prompt. I called for same day service and he arrived in 2 1/2 hrs. It was great. Javier explained to me all my options and helped understand what the problem was. Thank you very much.

Sergey Lange did a very thorough assessment of our electrical issues and fixed a bunch of problems we didn't know we had and could have caused problems in the future. He explained things very well. He was pleasant and worked efficiently.

Our lights were flickering so I called Mr Electric. Within 1 hour, Rick Lartz came out diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. He was back the next day with Thomas Coyle to replace our fuse box. They did a great job. They arrived on time and didn’t take any breaks until they were done. Rick even replaced a dimmer switch for me at no charge. I was very impressed with their work and will definitely use them for future electric problems.

I had a great experience with Mr. Electric of Portland. Josh and Thomas upgraded our old electrical panel to a 200-amp service, and they did an excellent job. The work was completed very quickly without sacrificing quality, and everything was done cleanly and professionally. Both of them were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend Mr. Electric of Portland and would gladly work with Josh and Thomas again.

Sergey (Lange) spent quite some time at my house today working on outlets, switches, the electrical box, and a light fixture (unfortunately not salvageable). He was very personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and in clear terms, offering alternatives on the work he was doing. Referred to Mr Electric for circuit box problems. Tech evaluated the problem quickly and apparently correctly as I’ve had no further problems. He did a further inspection of smoke detectors and recommended a surge protector. Quick and easy, and no charge 😀

Electrical issues can be scary, but I felt at ease with Mr. Electric. This is the second time (different house) we’ve utilized their services. They were able to address the issue right away, They worked well with PGE and They were even able to adjust with a scheduling issue day of. Great company & excellent electrician, Raul.

I would like the leadership at Mr. Electic to be aware that my experience with Josh Rodriquez as my repair technician was one of the very best service experiences that I have ever had! And that is saying something for one who has accumulated 76 years of life experience!! Josh is of course an experienced and knowledgeable electrician. But also, in an era when ‘soft-skills’ are diminishing, Josh possesses the increasingly rare ability to communicate effectively and provide an enhanced customer experience. His ‘soft skills’ (specifically: customer interaction, work ethic, professional attitude & cultural fluency) are as developed as his skill as an electrician. I am SO pleased with the service that he provided that I have already passed the recommendation on to others and will not hesitate to use Mr. Electric for my electrical needs going forward. We’ve had Sergey Lange from Mr. Electric work on our house for the second time, and once again it was a great experience. Sergey is very personable and kind, which makes the whole process comfortable and stress-free. He is also extremely hard working and efficient, getting the job done thoroughly while respecting our time and home. Mr. Electric was easy to work with and easy to schedule. They had great availability that worked with my timeline. They got the job done quickly and applied for permits. They worked with me to make sure my project stayed on track.

I worked with Josh Rodriguez who went above and beyond. He was prompt, extremely nice, transparent, and explained things. He also went the extra mile and helped be the go-between between me and the other contractors working in the house. This was definitely outside of his scope of the job, but he did it to help me out. I took a gamble on Google search and luckily landed on Mr. Electric of Porrland. I went to the website to submit a service request and next thing I know I'm scheduled. They were quick to get back to me and validated my concerns.

I was fortunate enough to work with Daryl. He's extremely knowledgeable, kind, easy to talk to and I learned a lot from him. His troubleshooting process was thorough and he took the time to walk me through what he was doing and why (and somehow still managed to be quick and efficient.)

At the end of the visit my issues were resolved and I'll absolutely suggest Mr. Electric to friends and colleagues.

I reached out to my landlord regarding a malfunction with our heating system, and my landlord contacted Mr. Electric. Within 2 hours of our initial scheduling call this morning, they were on site to evaluate and repair. Sergey not only located and repaired the heating problem, but also discovered several more damages from a recent power surge that we were unaware of. He was very thorough in fixing the damages, in addition to taking on some small repairs for us. He was very professional, polite, and communicative. He was also very patient and worked around me and my two large dogs - even warning us before working on the fire alarms to prevent chaos with the pups! I would highly recommend Mr. Electric!

Highly recommend! The office staff got me on the schedule quickly and called ahead to confirm my appointment time. Sergey arrived right on time and was very friendly. He quickly fixed the issue I had called about and also uncovered some other underlying issues while completing that project. He then did a thorough analysis of the whole system to identify any issues needing to be fixed, clearly explained the work that he recommended be done, was very patient and answered all of my questions, and then got to work to complete everything that same day. He worked quickly and left everything very clean. He also quickly returned my call when I had a follow up question after he left. I highly recommend Mr. Electric and Sergey and will use them again!

Great experience! Clay updated the power in my kitchen to accommodate a new dishwasher. He also performed a safety inspection on my house and let me know about a couple of issues that he found and the safety benefits of correcting those. I never felt pushed into any decisions and am very happy with the work he did. He kept me informed throughout the process and walked me through the updates when he was done. Clay is thoughtful, thorough, and efficient.

Received excellent service from electrician Rick from Mr. Electric. Arrived on time & completed service in an efficient timely manner including an inspection of our electrical control panel. Rick was knowledgeable, had good suggestions & solutions to what was needed in our condo today & in the future. Highly recommend & if you’re lucky Rick will complete the job.

I enlisted Mr Electric to install my new Generac stand by generator. Two thumbs up for my electrician Sergey. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained the process for installation, asked my preference for routing electrical & kept me informed throughout. I will also give two thumbs up to Jose who handled the gas line installation. He was also prompt, courteous, professional and proactive in working around a small issue with line placement. Overall I was pleased with the process. My only issue is communication with the office. Having to go thru dispatchers and wait for call backs can be frustrating, though I understand technicians can't be answering phone calls from customers when they're working. But a direct line to your case manager would be nice. But that's just me.
I would not hesitate to recommend Mr Electric.
