Whoever drives a white Chevy sedan sprky7 sucks at driving. Someone driving a company car should show some manners specially with that “EXTRAORDINARY SERVICES” sticker. Too bad a zero is not an option.

I just watched a guy drive up all the way up on my lawn in a Squire's Electric vehicle for no apparent reason, reversed out and drove off. Not that my lawn is anything to write home about but an acknowledgment, apology or, "I'll fix the tire tracks" would have been nice.

Spuires Electric started a small job in my suite 2 years ago, after repeatedly following up with them about coming back to finish the job, they refused stating they had no record of the job.The exchange was challenging and they offered no solution or resolution other then creating a new work order and billing for the job again. Unfortunately they've already been paid.

Prompt and Efficient as well as knowledgeable about my heating issues.iI would love to give recognition to the employee but can't recall his name. Latino Guy! Very trustworthy and dependable. Call them if you want it done right.

This company responded to a text message. And even though, over the course of a few days, a tentative schedul was set and then canceled, the person answering the messages was professional, courteous, and timely with responses. If i needed their type of services again (electrical work), they would be one of only 3 businesses i would reach out to, likely first, via text message.

Todd came and fixed my outlets that had somehow lost power to half my apartment. Super professional, respectful, easy to chat with and he fixed the problem fast. I recommend him to anyone!

I’m writing a review for a second time. The first one was for my biz and this one is for a personal project. They came out made their notes and ghosted me like a cheap one nighter. How are you wasting everyone’s time. Maybe you should follow up like use your phone! It’s still the best tool you have.

Not to mention you were out here previous and did a job that needs to get fixed.

I should have my head checked for even thinking of adding another job when the first one was not completed.

They're timely to work with, good communicators & their electricians even know how to use a broom!

(That last part is uncommon for electricians)

Squires sent down their technician, Ken. Ken was here 5 minutes early, detected our issues, explained the issues to me and how he intended to remedy them. He also updated our labels in the panel box and had a stellar attitude! I can see why you use Squires and I would happily recommend them to anyone.

They threatened to leave and reschedule us!
A team came out to our house 3× and failed to mention we needed to have all the cabinet removed from the wall. So we had to reschedule. We got all that done. They come back and say- now they need the other wall completely cleared. Yet the 1st team never said anything about moving that stuff. So they say we need to move it. We ask why the 1st team didn't mention this. We had time we could of moved it, if we'd known. And he said look, I'll just leave and you'll be rescheduled. He said that he wouldnt do it, because it would "make his job suck" bottom line- The guy was very rude and UNPROFESSIONAL. U don't threaten to walk away from a job.
SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY

Mica recently came to our older Sellwood apartment to restore power, and got the problem accurately diagnosed and fixed quickly. The issue was a little more in depth than a standard blown fuse, but was no problem for him to figure out. He was courteous, professional, and even left us more informed for the future. Five stars, would highly recommend

Words cannot truly describe the level of service I received from Erick at Squires. Like a lot of Portland without power, I had a rental that had lost power due to a PGE down line and power pole. It took the mast (sp) off the home. Erick coordinated with PGE, the tenants and myself to get power restored as quickly as possible. The degree of coordination and communication was handled like a true professional. Thank you Erick!

Robert did a Fantastic job! We've had 3 other "Electricians" work on the issue over the last 2 weeks and none could figure it out. Robert had it diagnosed and repaired quick. We have very small children and he went out of his way to make sure they were kept safe and away from the circuit he was repairing. Very Professional and Polite.
