This is one of the best experiences I have had in many years of home ownership. Excellent communication and work (roof cleaning). The staff are friendly and professional - obviously well trained.

Roof and gutters were expertly cleaned! Got great feedback on when the roof should be replaced. Only thing I would recommend is instead of offering before and after photos upon request it should be mandatory in the contract. I would recommend this team to friends, family, and neighbors

Did an excellent job cleaning out moss on my roof. They look brand new. Also took care of minor roofing issues such as applying sealants, caulking, adjusting tiles etc. Excellent service overall. Five exclamations for five stars!!!!!

PDX did a great job of removing moss, cleaning my gutters and treating my roof. They were easy to communicate with and gave me a very fair bid. Andrey was very polite and hard working when he came to do the work. Definitely recommend this company.

Great service! I needed a lot of work done to clean debrief off my roof and clear my gutters. I was able to get scheduled almost immediately. The staff was nice, service was quick, and they cleaned everything up when they were done. I will definitely be booking again.

Also highly recommend for Christmas Lights. Dimitri provided a few examples of light patterns and sent pictures of what it would look before hand. He reaches out to us every year to get us scheduled making it very convenient. We know we can trust him to make it look perfect for the holidays!

We worked with PDX Roof Cleaning & Pressure Washing for gutter inspection & cleaning, roof debris clearing, and skylight cleaning, and we are very satisfied with all of the services they provided! They got us on the schedule quickly and easily, and were very kind to us when they were here. They did a fantastic job and were communicative throughout the entire process. Literally the smoothest homecare process we've had since purchasing this home last year. Will definitely be using them again!!

Andrey arrived promptly as scheduled, explained the procedure he would follow, and thoroughly cleaned my roof, gutters and downspouts, after which he did a great job of cleaning my driveway and patios.

I decided to give PDX Roof Care a call when I saw their van driving by in our neighborhood. I wanted to find a small local company to support and they did not disappoint! I wasn't home to interact with the crew but came home to find a sparkling clean roof and there was no mess, so the team did a great job of cleaning up. Easy peasy. I called on Tuesday and they were here cleaning the roof on Thursday. We didn't need to be around. Our roofs look sparkly clean. We're happy customers!

PDX came and powerwashed the house (soft wash) and driveway at my sons house here in Portland today and did a great job. I highly recommend Michael and the company.

Dimitri and Mikael did an outstanding job on our property. They cleaned about 23000 sq ft of asphalt, a very long wall that runs along the driveway, a large ipe deck and the roof on our shed. We had moss all over the driveway and wall. These two made it look brand new. Unreal. The attention to detail was top notch. Our property is not easy to maneuver, with a very long steep driveway. They got it done. They were here 12-13 hour days. The ipe deck was very slick and worn. Dimitri did a test area and sent me pictures. With Ipe you have to be very careful with cleaning. He got it looking brand new. I have since sealed it and we are out enjoying it. I have been spreading the pdx roofcare name to others. I highly recommend them. Will be having them back out to clean the roof on the house.

We can’t say enough amazing things about our experience with Demetri! We were in a real bind and in a time schedule and he came through with flying colors and went above and beyond for us.
