Communication and timeliness were good, but the overall service left much to be desired. In general, we keep our house pretty clean, neat and tidy. We were hoping for this cleaning to be similar to the type of clean you'd expect in a hotel or airbnb, ie dust free surfaces, smudge free windows, grime/residue free sinks. Frustrated that as I look around, the things that should be standard cleaning I could have just done myself and been happier with the results (washing kitchen sinks, wiping counter tops, cleaning base of toilet) and things that I would consider part of a deep cleaning (oven - paid extra for, stove vents, bathroom shower) were done fine but not great. Other things that I'd consider part of a deep cleaning are cleaning windows and dusting fans which were skipped altogether. Admittedly, we should've done more to call these things out in the walk-through, but given the volume of things missed, it would've been like asking for a new cleaning.

Some examples seen in photos:
- residue/dust from cleaning cloths left on every surface that was wiped (see base of counter top mirror)
- smudge of pink makeup on bathroom counter still visible
- backsplash of bathroom counter wasn't wiped at all
- white residue in grout of bathroom counter tiles from soap/cleaning products
- toilet base not cleaned
- skipped vacuuming the cat tree which has always been done by previous cleaners (though I'll admit, the scratching posts have seen better days! Lol)
- did not dust bedroom ceiling fan or any surfaces in bedroom including fireplace shelf and nightstands
- kitchen sink had white residue left behind
- stovetop fan vents had grease still dripping from them and were not replaced properly (2 of them fell out during the night)
- coffee bar sink and counter space weren't cleaned

Wow! I'm amazed with this company! Showed up within an hour for a quote. Rene is very friendly and professional. I've had two other companies over the years out at our shop and this cleaning job is much more thorough. Our old floors used to always still look dusty after vacuuming/mopping. I don't know what these guys did, they don't look dusty anymore.

We are very happy with the service and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a cleaning service!

Not sure what happened with these guys. Service was great at first. 2-3 weeks later, they would only show up half the time. No phone calls or emails unless I contacted them first. Now, it's been 2-3 weeks since they last came and no response to my email. No phone calls. I guess they decided they no longer want my business without letting me know.

We hired A&B to clean our chandeliers at our business. We have always had a super hard time finding someone who was willing to clean them. I cannot praise them enough for the job they did for us. We have around 12 chandeliers in our store. So not an easy in and out cleaning job. Also you have to be super careful while cleaning them because they are delicate, and they have a million little pieces on them. We have had multiple people think we got brand new chandeliers, that's how amazing they look. We will 100% be using them again next year to clean our chandeliers again. I wish i could give more stars! Thank you guys again for doing such a great job for us!

These guys are seriously good. Very professional, great communication and follow-up. The work on our roof was exactly what it needed and they did an outstanding job. Reasonable price, but feel like we got more service than we would have elsewhere.

Dimitri and team do great work, and are communicative and open to customer feedback. I’m very pleased with how much healthier my roof is because of their work
