They did a fantastic job cleaning the moss off my roof and cleaning my pine needle filled my gutters! It was a big project and a huge mess. They showed up within 15 minutes of their service window and were done within the time frame that was estimated. They did a great job and were transparent with the estimate and pricing.

I have used PDX Clean King for a few years now for cleaning my roof and gutters. Holland and his workers have always been nice and easy to deal with. They keep my roof free from moss and my gutters working.

These are the guys to go with. I almost went with their competitor, NW Shine, before they tried to almost double my price from the quote they provided based on their assessment…but only once they arrived for my appointment. (Should have known better and stuck with Holland, whom I’d used for my gutters a few years back.)

PDX Clean King is upstanding and made me feel like they cared about me as a human and a customer. Holland (the owner) is a professional running his business and over the phone. Daniel came and did my windows today and had such a friendly, kind demeanor and approachable attitude, and he did a wonderful job with my windows. Very attentive to detail and super considerate of my stuff, inside and out, being careful not to get anything wet outside that shouldn’t be and to put things back away inside/by the sill where they started. I honestly didn’t expect that kind of caring and attention to detail.

It’s such a splurge to get my windows cleaned so I only do it every few years. But today, looking out the windows that are so clear and bright, I feel like my house is flooded in light. I’m so glad I did this!

I showed up and they were already getting started with the cleaning. Pretty hands off experience if your gutters are easily accessible behind fencing. Highly recommended.
