So, I actually contacted them before I even purchased the Groupon because the area where I live is just outside their service area (5 miles). Jake told me, 'no problem!' - he would honor the Groupon price with no extra charges. Well he did just that!(: We experienced a great response time with communicating, top-notch service, an amazing job done and even went above and beyond to complete a spot (gutter cleaning) that was pretty difficult to get to. We will definitely be putting the word out to our friends and neighbors that this is a trustworthy place, run by awesome people that honestly take care of their customers! Highly recommend. I had my roof cleaned and treated, concrete and deck pressure washed. They were very professional and my place looked great when they were finished! I will definitely use them again in the future for any maintenance projects.

Superior performance & quality work. I had been using a competitor for a couple of years to clean my gutters. The service provided by Premier Property Maintenance is nothing short of perfection. Our gutters look brand new.

The last cleaning by the COMPETITOR was earlier this year and here were the results:
- Gutters were clogged again after four months.
- Exterior of gutters looked as dirty as before. I was told by the technician that they were permanently stained and would have to be re-painted since they could not get them clean. An expensive project on a three story house! Premier was able to completely clean them and they look new.
- The debris which the competitor removed was spread in our garden, which had just been cleaned of leaves a couple of days before. They advertised that they put the debris in the compost bin. Premier hauled it away themselves.
- After complaining, a different technician was sent out and who said he couldn't fix the problem because it needed two people and they only sent him. (Premier did their job with only one person)
- I paid 10% more to the competitor, despite the poor result.

Ergo, I give Premier Property a hearty endorsement.

Repeat visit was as great as the first. I no longer fear the Pacific Northwest green on my deck knowing Premier Property Maintenance will scrub and power wash it off. They're very affordable compared to other quotes I received. They're super polite, safe, respectful and careful and did a great job on my gutters and downspouts as well. I'm happily hooked on having a clean deck now that all I have to do is call.

Jake has done work around our home for a number of years. He is always punctual and he does a great job. I’ve had him clean my gutters, power wash my deck and driveway, and clean the moss off of my roof. The detail that he puts into each of these tasks has been amazing.
