Javier, our cleaner was not only personable he showed great care for our home and did a perfect job renewing a 37 year old bone white carpet. All stains removed, carpet edges cleaned nearly as new. I bought quality carpet and Gallagers made it look new again

This was my first time using Gallagher's for a rug cleaning, and I'm so glad I found them! I had a few things that they came out and looked at, and the expertise and friendliness of the estimator was wonderful. I only ended up doing one area rug, and it came out looking beautiful! I had previously had dogs and it was originally a lighter colored rug, and it looks like new again. The pick up and delivery teams were so efficient, and Brenda, in the front office, is a delight.

We have had our carpets cleaned by Gallagher's twice now. Both times, Juan was the technician doing the work. He did a wonderful job. He clearly explained everything and then paid special attention to the areas that needed it most. We have two toddlers and a lot of carpet and Juan was able to get all the tough stains out! He was also very friendly and efficient. I would definitely recommend him and Gallaghers for carpet cleaning.

My large, beautiful old rug had taken a beating, after years of pet damage, kids, and high traffic, it was finally soaked in a flood this winter and at that point, I knew I had to either had to throw it away or attempt to save it. Gallaghers saved the day, and picked up the extremely heavy, smelly, wet rug, and brought it back completely transformed. I've never seen the reds in the carpet so bright before! It's so clean, fresh, soft and in the most beautiful condition. The investment to clean and care for the rug was absolutely worth it.

Gallagher’s recently cleaned three Middle Eastern rugs for me, and Iwas a little apprehensive because I hadn’t used them before. But it turned out that the reviews were right; it was great experience. The staff is great, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with drop-off and pick-up, and the rugs came out looking gorgeous. So I join the other reviewers in hiving Gallagher’s five stars. Or two thumbs up. Or a ten. They’re great.

Love my rug! The drop off process was super easy and transparent. I was explained the pricing and how it was calculated. The turn around time was pretty quick. We have 3 very precious to us hand tied wool rugs, all different sizes but all very high quality. They hadn’t been cleaned for years and moved at least 3 times rolled up in a moving truck. Now we have settled (hopefully for good!) and wanted to get these beauties thoroughly cleaned. After reading lots of reviews of professional cleaners we reached out to Gallaghers. From the first phone call to final delivery of our cleaned rugs they have been friendly, professional, and cheerful. Tyler and Ceasar were super. Pick up and delivery was essential for us as we couldn’t lift these rugs on our own. Great customer service and they did an outstanding job on our rugs. It’s not cheap to clean such heavy and thick rugs, but the cost was reasonable for the task and comparable to other such businesses.

I was really surprised how fast they got to me. These guys were really polite and great to work with. They took care of moving my furniture around, which was great because they were ready to go before I was. They managed to get a red slushy stain to almost disappear out of my carpet, which was a big surprise. I will definitely use there service again.

We had a really dirty couch cleaned, had tried steam cleaning once before but made stains worse, the Alameda folks really saved this couch. A little pricey but cheaper than a new couch !

We love Alameda Carpet and Upholstery! They've cleaned two of our Oriental rugs. The small rug we delivered to them. The 10 x 15 they picked up. Super pleasant guys even got it out from under the bed and placed it on a new rug pad, under the bed when it was returned. Both rugs returned sparkling clean.
