From the start I knew I would have a positive experience. Everything had a mark of excellence on it: from communication style and timeliness, to service coordination and of course the end results on my rug. They truly aim for the highest standards of professionalism. My 6 yr old off-white and grey wool rug came back looking brand spanking new! We were all amazed and delighted. I took a chance on Gallaghers and wow it was the best experience! They will be my go-to company for all services they offer.

we had upholstered dining room chairs that had been stained over the years. Gallaghers said they would do their best to clean up and they did. Chairs came out well. Gallagher’s was easy to work with and on time. We have more chairs we will be sending over there for them to work their magic on.

After extensive research, I picked Gallagher's and have been very happy. For the price of what other companies were charging for a surface level in-home cleaning, Tyler Gallagher's did a deep cleaning at their facility. The couch was ten years and old and now looks new.

We have had our rugs cleaned at Gallagher's for years. They are a small business that always delivers exceptional care of our rugs. They will pick up & deliver as well as give an honest assessment of your rugs lifespan.

A few weeks ago, we bought some rugs at an estate sale. We showed up to Gallagher's right at closing time. The employee working, I think his name was Tyler, carefully inspected each rug, told us about the styles, how long or effective cleaning would take, etc. After some time, he actually let us know that although we COULD get the rugs cleaned, they didn't really need it. We ended up buying just a single rug mat ($14) for the rug that was missing one. We left nearly 20 min after they closed. They took so much extra time and care to give us a genuine good service. A+! We will be back and we will recommend to everyone.

I hired Gallagher’s to clean an array of carpets and furniture for my boss. From the first call, they were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Javier did a great job of cleaning all our rugs. We recently had to put our old dog to sleep but before she passed on she'd had quite a few pee accident. At the end it was coming out both ends at the same time! Our rugs look amazing!!

They cleaned my bedroom carpet ( was cream colored, 3 years old.) I had a different cleaner come and results were. Terrible and disappointing. Gallagher’s made it look like new without harsh chemicals. They just cleaned my runner and it looks amazing

Gallagher’s responded very quickly to my phone call. I explained my situation the rugs were inherited from my mom who had Alzheimer’s and dementia and they had pet urine all over them. They stunk terrible. He gave me a quote. Told me he could pick them up and he would deliver them when they were done they were done within six weeks no odor all stains gone. This is more than I what I could’ve requested since these rugs are wool and tied they did such a great job gave me new padding for the back of them came and moved furniture and put them down and they were very reasonably priced for what they did. I would refer my best friend to Gallagher‘s.

I had an 11’x 12’ rug that we loved but was soiled. I wasn’t sure if I should get it cleaned or just buy a new one. We took a chance on having it professionally cleaned. I was surprised and pleased when I saw the results. They were able to bring back the color and remove the stains. The rug looks beautiful and I’m so glad I took my chance on having it cleaned by Gallagher. They were also punctual great with communication and very professional when picking up The rug and dropping it off. They even helped Me with the furniture. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and family. Here are before and after pictures. Photos don’t do it justice because the shadows appear to be stains but it really is very clean.

This is one of the most friendly custom-oriented businesses that I’ve ever come across . I was super impressed by their timeliness and the quality of their work. They actually delivered my 2 rugs early and they looked amazing! Six stars!

Very professional service. I needed my carpet stretched first and they give me a recommendation to a local guy. After that, scheduling was super easy, they tell you exactly what you need to do before they show up. Juan arrived exactly on time, measured everything and told me the cost. They were done faster and cheaper than what was quoted over the phone a week earlier. Stains were all removed. They weren’t sure if they can get it fully removed and “tried the best they can do” but I can tell you nothing was visible afterwards. Only thing I regret is that I haven’t called the sooner!

We have an Iranian tribal area rug and some small wool and wool and silk rugs. This the fourth time Gallagher’s has cleaned them. They have done an outstanding job every time including any required repairs. I highly recommend them. They also cleaned our two upholstered vintage midcentury side chairs with splendid results.

I have chosen Gallagher’s for my rugs consistently over the past few years because their work and service is top notch. I most recently brought two old but great area rugs in for cleaning and repair. The results were very good. Spots were removed, the rugs look bright and fresh, and the areas needing stitching and repair were handled to my full satisfaction. The rugs look wonderful. Once again, I’m a happy customer, and recommend Gallagher’s without hesitation.

They picked up my rug and returned it exactly within the time frame they said they would, and my rug came back like new, without the pet stains and odor!
