Brilliant! Javier did an excellent job! Three bedrooms and stairs in a three story town home that had a young family with pets. All carpets look super clean, pet stairs gone, pile lifted where furniture had been placed, it exceeded my expectations.
I would definitely use Gallagher’s again and highly recommend Javier.

I have wool carpet and am very nervous about its care. Gallagher's came highly recommended. They take special care on what to use to clean wool and I wouldn't trust anyone else! I've used them twice now and I love my fresh clean carpet!!

I've had them both clean a rug and, years later, cut a custom pad for another rug. Every interaction I've ever had with them has been pleasant and efficient! Great communication, great problem solving, great customer service!

We had a basement flood and brought a rug in for cleaning and repair. Gallagher's took a while to get it done but communicated clearly and regularly, took a lot of care with the work, and discounted the repairs when they found areas that were damaged beyond what they had expected.

I needed a last minute carpet cleaning because the company I initially hired flaked on us and were a no show the day of. I found Gallagher's on Google and decided to give them a try based on their reviews and I'm so glad I did! They fit me in within a few days, they were very pleasant and professional on the phone. Their technician Juan was extremely prompt, very personable, great communicator and did an excellent job. And they were extremely reasonable in cost. I will absolutely use them again!

Gallagher’s Carpet Cleaning came to my rescue! I called in a panic with a “pet accident” emergency on my mohair couch. Kurt calmly handled my issue quickly and with kindness. I was able to get it to them and two weeks later it was delivered back to me in perfect condition. Brenda was also very nice to work with, as were Tyler and Cesar who brought it back. I believe Juan was the technician who did the work and he did wonders. I can’t thank you all enough.

Area rugs need cleaning? Look no further than Gallagher’s Every single team member I had a chance to talk with was simply outstanding! Honestly they could teach a seminar on the correct way to provide customer service. Professional, very knowledgeable and cordial. I dropped of my carpet for cleaning and the results were very unexpected. My carpet looked new! The colors came back to life and the wool fibers were supple and feel very soft under bare feet. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. All of this with reasonable pricing…what’s not to like. I would give 6 stars if I could. We had moved out the incidental furniture pieces so he could get right to work. He completed the job without incident. Best of all, our carpeting is so clean. Our experience with Gallaghers carpet cleaning was perfect from start to finish. They came and picked up the carpet and from that point on kept me informed with the progress of cleaning, and moth damage, and replacing the puppy chewed trim. Our carpet was returned looking like new. Tyler and Ricky delivered the carpet (9 x 12 heavy wool) and conquered the task of lifting and moving our sectional around to put the carpet back in place. Their level of professionalism was above and beyond as they made sure everything was exactly as we wanted. We are very pleased and with no hesitation highly recommend this Gallagher’s to take excellent care of your carpets.

I bought a dirty vintage rug on Facebook Marketplace that I knew nothing about, other than that it smelled funky. I took it into Gallagher’s (they offer a discount for drop-offs!) and had a surprisingly awesome experience. After he rolled out the rug, Kurt gave me a ton of information about the origin based off his knowledge of the design/construction. I’ve never seen someone so genuinely excited about a rug! He and his colleague Tyler made me feel so positive about my secondhand find and what the cleaning results could be. The service was reasonably priced, and I felt very good about leaving the rug in their hands. A week later, I picked it up in way better shape. The smell is gone and I feel much better about putting it in my bedroom.

I have used other companies in the area, but I will definitely be returning to Gallagher’s for my future rug-cleaning needs.
