I was amazed with the service. Also with the follow through on what is called wicking after the initial cleaning. Some stains came back. A+ followed up and came back!! And made it good. I will definitely use them again and recommend them for your carpets!!

A+ Carpet Cleaning did an amazing job for us! We had a ridiculous double stain on our brand new carpet (melted rubber and rust dust). When we called Mike talked us through the issues and potential solutions after looking at a picture of the damage. He came out the next day, verified what he had talked us through, and was able to use a couple techniques to successfully remove the stains! We are so glad that we don't have to reinstall the carpet in that room; they saved us a ton of money with their prompt and affordable cleaning!

I had a fantastic experience with A+ Carpet Cleaning! I hired them to clean several wall-to-wall carpets, an area rug, and a sofa. They cleaned everything in one day and it all looks great! Mike was very knowledgeable about types of materials and how best to clean them. They were very careful working in the house and they did an excellent job cleaning up when they left. I will definitely be using them again!

Excellent experience. I called and left a message. I was called back in less than an hour. Kevin was at our place the next morning in less than 24 hours from my inquiry. I got a quote over the phone when I called based on my square footage and carpet history. I was given suggestions on how I could improve the duct/vents when I chose not to include that service. Prompt, fast, and very pleased with the end product. I highly recommend.

This is my first time with A+ Carpet and they did a great job. My technician texted me prior to arrival, was courteous, explained the process and was efficient. I will definitely have them again.

A+ was a pleasure to work with, start to finish!! Their pricing was incredibly reasonable, they came right in the time window when they said they would, and did a fantastic job not only cleaning but also restretching my carpets! They got out pretty much every stain that I asked them to and I am so excited to take pictures to list my home because it looks a thousand times better now that they came to work on it. David was extremely professional, thorough, and kind. The scheduling staff is also very patient and knowledgeable. As I said, wonderful from start to finish! I highly recommend them and my only regret is that I didn't have them clean my carpet every year before I chose to move.

As always, great service. Seth cleaned our carpets today, removing some stains are cat had contributed. He communicated clearly about what was going to happen what the cost would be and then how to keep things in good shape.. I appreciate supporting a family run business.

A+ carpet cleaning was very responsive to my urgent call to clean the carpets in the living and dining rooms after my dog had diarrhea! They came out the next day and did a wonderful job - it looks as good as new! I definitely recommend them.

We’ve used A+ for both carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning after moving into our new home this year. We just had our ducts cleaned by Seth. He was polite, communicative, and clean. He shared about the whole process before getting started which helped me know what to expect. Their customer service is exceptional! We will certainly use them again in the future.

We had a great experience with A+! They were quick to respond and get us on the schedule, very easy to work with, and did a wonderful job cleaning and repairing our carpet.

My carpets were looking tired and really needed a good clean/refresh. I scheduled with A+ carpet cleaning and was really happy with their quick response, availability and ease with my changing schedules (which I apologize for ;-) ) They sent out Seth and he was so professional, knowledgeable and nice. He explained every product he used before using it and made suggestions on a spot clean that ended up saving me some money. He was careful to learn what fabric my rugs were before cleaning so he didn’t harm them. I really appreciated his suggestion and integrity. Seth didn’t leave a trace behind except my very clean carpets. I will definitely call them back next time and every time after that.

Portland is home to many family run businesses and supporting them supports the community as a whole and these folks deserve our business. I highly recommend them. They’re pretty awesome!

I arranged for A+ Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets and apply a pet treatment at my rental property ($410.00) at the end of a lease and in preparation for the start of a new one. Half the house, 600 sq ft, is hardwood flooring and the other half is carpeting and nobody has moved in since the carpets were cleaned. After A+ did this work, my property manager informed me (as I am out of state) that: 1) the carpets are dirty and 2) there was a slight odor of dog urine. Nobody has moved in since the carpet cleaning. I called A+ and spoke with Tiki. She seemed incredulous that the property manager would make these statements about the carpet and the A+ work. I asked her if somebody from A+ would like to go to the property to evaluate the situation and, if they agreed, possibly re-do their work in only half of the house. Tiki appeared unwilling to do this without a new and separate charge, but said she would discuss this with her husband. They advertise checking voicemail and responding within ten minutes, but I have not heard back from anybody at A+. My guess is that A+ will not re-do the unsatisfactory carpet cleaning job that the property manager believes is needed. And this means I will not hire A+ for the whole-house air duct cleaning that the property manager also recommends and that I would like to arrange.
I have just discovered that A+ Carpet Cleaning is not BBB accredited. I will file a complaint and see what happens.

I went with A+ Carpet Cleaning for a tenant turnover at my rental property, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their service. After struggling with a rental carpet cleaner from Home Depot, I decided to leave it to the professionals, and I’m so glad I did! They handled everything smoothly with just a contractor lock box, without me needing to be present. The communication was excellent, and the results were far beyond what I could have achieved myself. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

This is my second time using A+ Carpet Cleaning and they have been fantastic. I found the quote and scheduling process to be straightforward and easy. They were very upfront additional costs for special treatment of the carpet etc. Seth cleaned my dingy carpeted stairs and was also able to get some really tough spots out of the stair treads. These guys do great work at a reasonable price.

I could not be happier with A+ Carpet Cleaning. They are a local business, a living and helpful human being picked up the phone when I called. They had all the information I needed, answered my questions and gave me a quote over the phone. I was able to schedule for the same week because of a cancellation. They called in advance of their arrival, came within the first thirty minutes of the arrival window and took two hours to do two large living rooms, an area rug, 12 steps, hallway and bedroom. Our carpets had a lot of dirt in the high traffic areas and the main stairs and the desk area were very dark and I said that I am sure it wouldn't be perfect but just do your best. They (i forgot his name) said, you should come and see this. I was in awe! The stairs had no more stains! I didn't know it was possible. The customer service could not have been better, they did a FANTASTIC job in just under two hours and I am recommending them to a realtor friend of mine and I will use them next time I need my carpets done. They breathed new life into my rugs and there is no smell! I also thought their price was very fair. I have had another company out that charged more and didn't do nearly as good of a job. If you are looking for a carpet cleaning company, I can say that you should definitely give your business to A+ Carpet Cleaning. It is a pleasure to support a local business and to do so knowing you are only speaking the truth!

I risk this review by letting “the cat out of the bag!” Toni & her team are excellent! Toni communicates well and is able to accommodate my frequent schedule changes. And my main lady, Rosa is wonderful! Brenda, her 2nd is also lovely. The both have great attitudes. I feel fortunate to have them and love my home when they are done!
