This is the second time we’ve had A+ clean our carpets and this time the technician also cleaned our dryer vent. I am beyond thrilled with the results. Nick did a fantastic job and he was so friendly and personable. He very politely checked in with me throughout the job. He was also able to get out almost every stain. The dryer vent is more of a piece of mind thing, knowing the machine will likely run more efficiently but also the vent is less likely to cause overheating or fire. Thank you Nick and A+. I’m so pleased with your company and your work!

This was our first time using A+ carpet cleaning services . They did an excellent job and I am very picky and compulsive. The staff was wonderful, and did everything they could to accommodate our scheduling needs. They were recommended by a neighbor and the pricing was reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic service and results. We only have carpet in high traffic area (on stairs for slipping), so they get high use from people and dog. Have used A+ twice. Looks and smells great. I think I went 2 years but should do it more often. Worth saving money on the carpet investment and getting cleaned more often. Both times nice young men showed up on time and were super pleasant. I have used a plus carpet cleaning in the past and have also referred them. When I used them for cleaning my carpets this last time time the experience was horrible. Kevin came out to clean our carpet which had a stain on it. I explained to Kevin to start cleaning where a stain is on our carpet, and If he cannot lift the stain, to not clean the rest of the room. Kevin said he should be able to clean it and proceeded to work on the stained area. I also checked in with him during the cleaning and he mentioned the stain cleaned up. After two days of allowing the carpet to dry the stain is still there. After I called to address my concerns. mike the owner was combative, continually interrupted me when i tried to explain the situation and my instructions to his employee Kevin. Mike was willing to offer a $40 credit, but stated I had to drive to his office and he’d give me cash, which was shady to me, he couldn’t reimburse a portion of my CC or send an electronic payment? . I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone in the future, they will proceed to clean your carpets even if you instruct them not to if a stain can’t be removed. I would have been happy to pay for a portion of the room to be cleaned, even if the stain was not removed to see if it could be lifted, vs pay to have the whole room cleaned, which is not in a better condition then it was before.

Update: In response to Mike (the owner reply): My request to ask if you can clean a specific area on the carpet FIRST without proceeding to clean the rest of the room is not unreasonable. I suppose its unreasonable for A plus carpet, because they are not willing to test clean a small area of carpet first before charging customers for the whole room. In Mike's reply he mentions i was disrespectful to him by raising my voice. Perhaps if i wasnt interrupted multiple times and over spoken to, i wouldn't have had to FINALLY raise my voice once to get a word in. I explained that on the phone, to stop interrupting me, which I mentioned in my initial review. I don’t agree the stain came back. regardless, the issue isn’t the stain, which I have explained many times. I have no problem paying for a carpet clean that didn’t work, for the area of the stain. What I have a problem with is being charged for the entire room vs the specific area I requested to have cleaned. i did pay for the other room i had Kevin clean. The issue isn’t the payment, the poor review based on how I was treated, and the instructions I provided. I have posted two pictures, first is the one After I cleaned the carpet, the second after a plus cleaned the carpet prior to my cleaning. It cost me $12.00 to get a carpet cleaning solution to remove the stain, and now the carpet is back to the way it was. FYI it was not from a dog diarrhea.

Outstanding job cleaning our carpets. They were even able to remove stains from a previous owner. Very professional, friendly and accommodating as well.

I totally recommend this carpet cleaning company. They saved me. My dog had a terrible accident in a few places and I called them and they went above and beyond to make it to my house that day even it would be late they made it at 7:45 my carpet looked perfect when they left. So thankful I had just got new carpet four months ago before my dog decided to diarrhea all over some places. Thank you thank you.

This company does quality work!! I thought our carpet was ruined after our dog ate an entire can of grease from our traeger and vomited black tar everywhere. The technician was able to remove the stains! We couldn’t believe it. Thank you!!

Mike did an incredible job. Our carpets were last cleaned pre-Covid. He had some great ideas on stain removal and upkeep. We should have contacted him sooner. Now the carpets are vibrant and soft again.

A+ was a joy to work with. They were very careful in the questions they asked before they came out. They didn't over promise but they certainly overdelivered! They were able to get stains out of my cream colored wool carpet that other companies couldn't. They also did cleaned the upholstery on my couch and bedframe and did a phenomenal job. I priced out at a few locations and they were in the middle, but their level of professionalism definitely made them a better value than the cheaper ones I used before.

We've had Mike and his team clean our carpets twice now and each time they did a first-rate job. They are professional, experienced, and prompt. The office is responsive and everyone is very friendly. The carpets look new again. This time we also had them power wash the shower in our master bath. Mike was able to remove tile staining that I'd been struggling with for ages - I'm amazed at the difference! They also cleaned out our dryer vent. I'd highly recommend A+ - they're a great team to work with.

I had never had duct cleaning before and was nervous about the process. As soon as Nick knocked on the door, my worries flew out the window. He was a joy to work with. He didn't mind me hovering and showed me the process and results as he worked. Stephanie and I had gotten real clear on the costs over a few phone calls, photos, and text messages. Second time I’ve used A+ carpeting. You can spend hours and hours in a single room. Mike will take care of the entire house at a fair price which is when we will hire A+ to do it again.

I have been using A+ for several years now on both my rentals and primary home - they r professional, on time, always following up on the work they do and my ‘go to’ carpet cleaners. This week they did an amazing job on my couch and it looks brand new again.

Friendly customer service on phone and on site. They were easy to make an appointment with to have the carpets cleaned in my home. Great communication. Nick did a great job.
