Mr. Steam Carpet Cleaning did a great job cleaning our carpets! I have sensitivity to chemicals, so I deeply appreciated the fact that they use non toxic, green cleaning agents that actually work and give excellent results without the horrible smells that some cleaners use.

Also, I was also able to walk through one of my rooms with Kris and he was able to give me his opinion of what I should do with some loose carpet, and that saved me money and time, which I am grateful for. Having honest cleaners with a helpful opinion and years of experience is a win win. I would highly recommend Mr. Steam Carpet Cleaning to anyone looking for super clean carpets that are environmentally friendly, and top notch service as well!

Nicole did a great job of getting us scheduled and all the information needed for an accurate estimate. Kris arrived on time and made sure to spend extra time on a few spots. The carpet looked fantastic upon completion! Nicole and Kris are both very personable and take pride in making sure your carpets are clean!

These guys are the best. Kind, friendly, responsive and the carpets look amazing, for a very good price. I'll only use them in the future and highly recommend them. The services were great and very professional. Chris is very friendly, understands the needs, try to make adjustments to give his best. Carpet was super clean, they dried quickly and we were able to use same day. He even cleaned upholstery for one of the ottoman and made it like new which i was about to throw. Definitely recommend.

Have lived in my apartment for 10 years and never got the carpets cleaned though we vacuum. Got the recommendation through a Moms in Business networking group. You can see what a difference it is (cleaned upper-left, what I was living with lower-right). Nicole was communicative and responsive to emailed questions while booking. Kris was responsive to transportation coordination, arrived within 10 minutes of start time of the 2 hour window for arrival, got permission for the best parking space so that my relation with neighbors was preserved, was gentle and friendly with my pets before I got them to the spare bedroom and also with the neighbor’s kids, and kept me updated on progress and was accurate in the time estimation. Declined to wear a mask in my home, but I was already running 3 air purifiers and had windows open because of the puppy urine smell which had prompted me to get my carpet cleaned so I think there was minimal risk. Very friendly! Good advice about future carpet care. Will definitely work with them next year to include that guest bedroom to the living room and master bedroom cleaned this time.

Had Mr. Steam out a couple weeks ago after a broken backwater valve caused a mess on our downstairs carpet. Chris did a fantastic, thorough cleaning that restored life in the house back to normal. Particularly notable was how Chris walked me through the problem before starting, setting realistic expectations about what he can and cannot accomplish in one single cleaning with a mess like that. Sure enough, about three spots reappeared that resulted from the cleaned but wet carpet wicking up some more dirt from the concrete floor underneath. So Chris made another stop to spot clean those stains, and everything now looks as good as before the back up. Chris is a good man and I enjoyed some friendly conversation with him. He's our new go to carpet cleaner and we will be recommending to neighbors and friends.

We recently moved out of our house and needed the carpets cleaned before turning in the keys. Chris from Mr. Steam Carpet Cleaners did an outstanding job! He was quick, efficient, and got us scheduled right away. He cleaned three bedrooms and the living room , all areas that had seen years of wear from our kids and small dog. After six years of living in the home, the carpets looked brand new. We were honestly blown away by the results.
