The cleaning service lasted all day when it was only supposed to be for a few hours and when they were done they left lots of spots on the windows because they did not dry them properly and the cleaning agent left a horrible smell that has lasted for weeks, in addition to this they used a high powered pressure washer for our solar panels which were not supposed be washed using pressure

This team, two for our cars, did a very good job cleaning two cars, with one being detailed inside as well. They removed general dirt, and the seasonal pollen from the Douglas firs around our house, turning both cars into shiny and newer looking cars. They used some pretty spiffy equipment too, interesting to see.

Mr Steam cleaned my carpets and my sectional and they look and smell amazing. Chris has great attention to detail. He took the time needed to address all my questions and then did an awesome job on the cleaning. I will definitely continue to use them.
