General Pacific has been with Star for 8-years. Our facility has a lot of glass and is attached to a warehouse, that means a lot of foot traffic. Star keeps our facility as nice looking today as it was when we moved in. During that time they have never raised my rate. I am constantly being contacted by cleaning services, at least twice a week, wanting my business. They did a really amazing job cleaning a large office building I own. Superb attention to detail and very nice people to work with. If there is ever an issue with scheduling, they are very accomodating without any problem. Very happy to be working with their professional team.

I reached out to NW Shine to have them quote me on cleaning my gutters and cleaning/treating moss. They were very responsive and I was able to get the quote and a time scheduled very quickly. They had an earlier slot open up and called to see if I wanted it. The team that showed up was very professional and was able to answer some questions I had and were great to work with, and at a very fair price. From end to end it was a good experience.

NW Shine has done a fantastic job on all our projects. We have had them clean our roof, apply moss treatment and cleaned the gutters. Each time they are prompt, professional and thorough in their work. The crew is respectful of our property and so friendly to deal with. Highly recommend!
