NW Shine was easy to work with from quote, scheduling then service. We had a downspout that needed some attention and they did a great job. I will use them again in the future and recommend them for your gutter needs.

NW Shine just cleaned and treated our shake roof. They are very professional and did a great job. They cleaned the gutters and skylights and when cleaning the roof took care not to use too much water pressure on the cedar shakes. The roof was then treated with a nice looking citrus based product. It looks great and I'm sure it will extend the life of the roof since I'll have them retreat it every year. They cleaned up everything and one more thing - the price was very fair!

2023 Update: Hired NW Shine again and had the same great experience. James and Raymond were professional and fast! They did and excellent job. Highly recommend.

Excellent roof and gutter care! I've used Northwest Shine for several years now. They are prompt, punctual, they respond to emails quickly, and fit me in the schedule very well. The guys are always pleasant, quick workers that really do a great job cleaning my roof and gutters, and treating for moss (my roof's in shade, so it's an ongoing issue here). Highly recommend them!

The guys of NW Shine were great! They did a great job. They cleaned my windows inside and out; they removed the moss from my roof and power washed our patio. They were attentive to details. I appreciated that they took the time to take care of my neighbors gutters and made sure not to be too loud for them. After the job was done, Mike and Henry checked back to make sure everything was done right. I’m definitely calling them back again!

I have used a few other roof cleaning service companies in the past. The NW Shine is by far the best. They completed their job so well at a reasonable price. I really appreciate the hardworking crew and their excellent cleaning job and customer service. I highly recommend them.

We have used this company since at least 2016 for our roof treatment and gutters. We've never had a problem with the service. The roof is around 23 years old and is still in good condition. The workers are all professional and have good customer service skills. They clean up afterwards and leave the house in better condition than it was when they arrived. Which is pretty good considering how dirty the work is!

We've been using NW Shine for several years now and we're very satisfied with their service. Miguel and Henry have done a great job in cleaning our windows, clearing out our gutters and downspouts, treating our roof and riddng it of moss, and providing soft washing to the exterior siding of our home. I've used NW Shine several times to clean my cedar shingle roof, which collects lots of debris because of nearby trees, and skylights. They've always been prompt, professional and courteous, but above all they do quality work at a reasonable price. They've also done a really nice job cleaning up after themselves and making sure to protect items on the ground, such as my patio furniture. Great company.

This is the second time I've had NW Shine out for roof moss removal. The first treatment lasted several years. I also had them pressure wash the front of my house, and do the shed roof. They do great work, and I'll be having them out in the future.

I recently contacted NW Shine to have my collector boxes (downspouts) emptied of moss and leaf build up over the months leading up to autumn, in my case late November 2024.
It was mostly leaves as I'd replaced my roof in 2020, so still fairly new, just a few thin lines of gray moss beginning to form.
The workers took before and after pictures of the collector boxes as well as inspecting the roof for moss removal treatment next spring, 2025. They use a spray-on method to treat the entire roof as opposed to the dry powder method which focuses ONLY on the peaks. Further they noted that the two upper gutters, about 24" each (two total) looked in good condition and the street level sections were in definite need of replacement.

I've had NW Shine clean my roof of debris and moss three times and I've had the moss prevention treatment twice. Each time they have been thorough and professional and fairly priced. My roof looks great.
