If I could give Robert and his team more stars, I would! They always go above and beyond in every situation and provide the best communication and cleaning services. No matter how last minute my needs are, they are always there for us. In the very rare occasion something is missed, they are on it immediately and with the best of positive attitudes. I feel so incredibly fortunate to have them as a part of our support system. Having a small business is a tough job and Robert & his Ragtime PDX crew 's reliability is one area where I don't need to worry; this is worth its weight in gold. Speaking of gold, they not only do a gold standard job, they are also very fair with their prices. What more can I say besides, "Hire them!"?

We've been using this service for about eight months now and the consistency alone is worth every penny. Our office looks the same level of clean every single Monday morning without fail — floors mopped, surfaces wiped down, bathrooms fully stocked and spotless. It's one less thing I have to think about as an office manager, and that kind of reliability is genuinely hard to find. Highly recommend.

Had them do a one-time deep clean before we moved into a new suite and I was blown away. Every surface, every corner, inside cabinets, ceiling vents — all of it. The place looked immaculate. We ended up signing on for weekly maintenance after that because there was no way we wanted to give up that level of clean. Great team, easy to work with, and they clearly know the difference between a surface wipe and an actual deep clean.

The owner of this company answered the phone, was very rude and had a very negative disposition. I have never done business with this company/person, and with that type of attitude I never will...neither should you. People like this should not even be in business..(perhaps that's why he was so negative? Going out of business perhaps?
