I asked when they were servicing my neighbors house if they could clean my garage roof. I believe his name is Gordy was accommodating and did a fine job cleaning the roof as well as cleaning up. Will use them again when there come back next month. Highly recommend

Repeat customers for gutter cleaning for several years now, and they do a fantastic job, absolutely highly recommend. They also did a roof moss cleaning for us 2 years ago in which they alerted us to a serious problem with our roof. It was thanks to them that we got a roof inspection and a new roof before we had any real damage because they were 100% corect (our roof should have had another good 10 years on it). The culprit was defective roof tiles which they also explained didn't look right and the roofing company experts said the same thing (we wouldn't know). It could have gotten much more expensive quickly from structural water damage because of the defective tiles, so NW Shine really saved us a lot of money and damage to our house. Today with our gutters their thorough work again spotted a problem with our weird gutter design which seems to not drain 100% perfectly since it kind of has to flow uphill to a downspout, causing some rust spots to develop leading to drips.... But again thanks to them, they did some repair so that we can hopefully get a little more out of these 9 year old gutters; it was actually the same spot which led to us replacing the last gutters.

NW Shine are profession, efficient and reliable. They power washed our backyards for our townhome set and it looks brand new. I highly recommend them.

This crew did a wonderful job cleaning the moss from our roof and washing down the house and cleaning windows, etc.

They gave us a reasonable price for their gutter maintenance. They communicated clearly and consistently. They cleaned up their work and left the property in good shape. Their workmanship was excellent . 5 stars!

I can’t speak to their quality of work but I was really frustrated that they gave me a quote they didn’t honor. I accepted it, moved things around at work to get on their calendar, and when the tech showed up he told me it was $348 (+83% to the quote) more because the window count on the quote was wrong. After talking to the office, they wouldn’t even honor the other quote from another company I’d turned down to get this one. (The quote did not say subject to change.) The competitor’s quote they wouldn’t accept was $141 cheaper than the lowest they’d go.

Here’s what I’d say: if you book time with a customer and then show up and have the audacity to ask for hundreds more, and then you don’t even honor your competitor’s bid, that tells me you don’t care about my time or your word. It feels unprofessional and disrespectful, and I am now in the position where I’m back at square one, except having lost the three weeks I waited to get on their calendar and all the work juggling I did to make this happen.

It’s windows and roofs so I’m not trying to make a bigger deal of it than it should be. But that price range of $600-$1,000+ is a lot of money for me and all I want is someone reliable to do what they say they will. I didn’t get that here.

Jonathan and Jordan were professional and friendly. They worked efficiently and made my home’s windows sparkle. They also thoroughly cleaned all the screens. I will definitely hire them again the next time I need window cleaning.

Justin and Jordan spent the day at our house clearing moss and mildew of the roof and the hardscape. I have a two story house where a large tree is next to. The tree destroyed my gutters and it was unsafe for me to climb up to clean. I requested a quote and got one the same day. When I was ready to move forward, they asked for same day cleaning. Of course I said yes and they said 2:30pm was my appointment. At 11am, they arrived to start. I was not mad they showed up early. It took them three hours to clean the gutters (it was that bad) and they did not charge me more for it.
I received a lot of quotes from other places and this one was the cheapest. It was so satisfying to see all the dirt come out of the gutters. They even cleaned up after themselves.
That day, it poured rain and my house didn’t make that annoying drip sound anymore. I highly recommend this company!
