Very thorough and meticulous, our carpets were in bad shape before Mr. steam showed up.

Our size apartment was smaller than the package deal offered. I didn't realize it but the tech was honest about it and offered to clean our stairs as well to compensate for it. He didn't have to do that. It was very professional of him.

We will be using Mr. steam for all our carpet cleaning needs!!

Kris checked ALL of the boxes for me. He was personable and professional. I am going to recommend him to all of our neighbors. When he arrived, my husband and I were moving a couch and without even asking he just jumped right in and helped my husband get the couch moved. Way above his job of cleaning the carpets!!! He quoted us a fair price and I believe he went above and beyond to make certain that we were satisfied. I would highly recommend him to ANY one needing their carpets cleaned!!!

Mr. Steam saved the day when we arrived at our new house to find multiple pet stains on the carpet. Kris was super responsive and helpful, responding the same day I called to get all the carpets cleaned before our furniture arrived. The carpets and area rugs look and smell great now. We will most definitely use them again in the future!!

Mr. Steam did a great job on the carpets for our business! Communication was fantastic on scheduling and the carpets came out amazing! We had a Skunk spray under our building and now the small is gone! They deliver on all they say they can and more. Very happy!

Chris is awesome !!!! He completely saved our black hallway carpet (off white carpet) I thought was beyond repair. Thankyou so much, definitely gonna use this place again in the future and so should you I wish I had a picture to show because this review would be so much better.

Kenneth got my 20 yr old off white carpet clean with a environmental and pet friendly steam procedure. AMAZING! My tiles are SUPER CLEAN too! With a sealant included. Kenneth is honest, efficient, professional and really nice. I can trust Mr Steam and glad to have a carpet/tile person I can count on.

Kris was awesome - highly recommend!! We have two dogs (including a pandemic puppy) plus a toddler... and our carpets reflected this. He got the carpets in our house looking better than they did when we moved in and stayed in our budget. He was so friendly and took his time giving us an honest and fair assessment. He was a true pleasure to work with.

My incredibly neglected carpets are very clean now. I am very happy with the job and the amount charged. I would have given 5 stars but he was an hour late. It was a 1-3 PM window and he showed- up at 4PM.

I put stupidly expensive new carpeting in my house when I purchased it in 2018. Between an aging French Bulldog and a toddler, that carpet been peed, puked, and spilled on more times than I care to remember. I’ve diligently had the carpets cleaned every 6 months using a Chem Dry company to mitigate the toddler and the dog. Two months ago I had a carpet repair done and the repair company (referral from the flooring company I purchased the carpet from) informed me that I was not following the warranty requirements from the carpet manufacturer, which stipulated hot water extraction cleaning only. That company gave me a bid of almost $900 to clean the carpet! I decided to look around at other options and I am so thankful I did. Mr. Steam was half the amount of the other company and did an outstanding job. My carpet has never looked cleaner than it did after they finished. I put some fans on my carpet and everything was dry by late evening and/or the next morning. I cannot say enough good things about the communication, timeliness, value, and quality of the work. It far exceeded my expectations and I will be sticking with them for all of my future carpet and upholstery cleaning needs

There's something so satisfying seeing the lines on the carpet that have been professionally cleaned. Being isolated at home during this pandemic made me not like my home. Once my carpets were cleaned, it was like a fresh start. Kris was very professional and kind of geeked out on me about his carpet knowledge but I appreciate the information he gave me. I was also surprised that my dog never barked at him. I've never seen my dog so calm around a stranger before but Kris had the calm energy that he needed. I recommend Kris to anyone that needs their carpets cleaned.

Chris was great to work with from appointment setting through clean up. He was friendly and very descriptive about what the process would be. Upon arriving, he first inspected the work area then let me know what trouble areas he saw and his plan to attend to them. The carpets look and feel wonderful! Thank you!!

Kris did such an amazing job in steam cleaning our carpet. He worked hard and was successful in removing one hardened wax spot. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and did his best to help us save money by suggesting that some of the rooms really didn't need to be steam cleaned.

I am in shock at how much cleaner our carpets are now. Both Nicole on the phone, and Kris in person, were really friendly. Kris gave us recommendations on how to keep our carpet cleaner on a regular basis. (We never knew that a carpet rake existed. Will never go back to not using one now!) We will definitely book again!
