i had honey bee out to do a move out clean. as someone who cleans a lot of apartments i know how long things should take etc.

the cleaner did a substandard job and I had to hire another cleaning service to redo the work.

honey bee charged me $357 i asked for a refund of $257 so she could pay her staff which I thought more than fair.

after many texts where she insulted me she refuses to refund me.

i suggest you dont hire this cleaner unfortunately.

What a great experience! I needed a cleaner for my short term rental after being unhappy with the service I had been using. Honey Bee is above and beyond anything I could’ve hoped to find. From the beginning they listened to my concerns and were flexible when it came to working out timing.
