We have been using Maids by Trade for more than 5 years, and the service they provide is stellar. They are completely reliable, on time, trustworthy, respectful of us and our home, and do an excellent job. This is the first housecleaning service I have used where I never notice something that has been left undone, or not done thoroughly. They accommodate my scheduling needs, and the need for a consistent 'team leader' who knows my house and particular needs. I also hired them to help out my daughter and son-in-law after their baby arrived, and they have been pleased as well. Highly recommended!

The owner of " Rip City Roof Cleaning" and his assistant did an excellent job hand scrubbing my composition roof, following up with a blower to get my roof in tip top shape. While he was there he also replaced a missing single.
He then cleaned my gutters and then picked up the debris. I highly recommend his services!

I was glad I decided to have the whole package done, which included the moss removal and roof/gutter cleaning. My roof and gutter are now even more weather resistant after some reinforcements. We had a large roof leak in the master bedroom of our new house and we called this company. Manuel reached on Friday eve and he was able to arrange for an appointment on Saturday morning to take a look at the damage and provide us with a free quote. His price was reasonable and honest. When it comes to things like your roof, cheap typically doesn't mean good. It has rained a bunch since the work was done and the issue has been resolved. Incredibly happy with the work.

Super professional. These guys work real hard doing dangerous work. I worked with Manuel and he was super amazing person. There was a bit of a language barrier, but we work through it. They didn't in 4 hours or would have took me a week. A bit expensive but totally worth the money. He even cleaned my driveway with no extra cost. I would highly recommend using these guys.

He was not only able to clean my roof, gutters and flagstone. He was also able to have a lawn service come and clean up my property and add bark. The team did a great job to clean my roof. They also cleaned gutter excellent work. Their work was speedy and the team left the work area clean at the end of each day. Their price was reasonable.

They did a good job at a reasonable fee. They also worked fast and cleanly. Furthermore, they arrived early and completed earlier than I had anticipated. The office clerk was really polite to speak with, and whenever I phoned with a question, she made sure someone got back to me soon. They also emailed me images of the completed roof without asking which I appreciated.

From the time they arrived, to the time they were finished & leaving, this team used every minute in the job at hand. The roof had LOTS of moss from a record year of precipitation, gutters were overloaded & filthy, & patio cover(vinyl) was caked with tiny debris. The team had all that gone in less than 2 hours, yard furniture back in place, walkways cleaned off, & most importantly, my roof looked like brand new!!!!!! After the 6 years that I have owned this house, this was definitely the most proud I have been of what I was able to do to help this be a better place!
