I called Marcos on a Sunday evening, not only did he answer immediately; but came to the house 30 minutes later to give me a quote. We hired him on the spot. He is extremely friendly and professional offering fair pricing. The job was completed on Tuesday. He arrived on time, another plus in my book. My roof and gutters look amazing. Very professional! We had them get the moss off of our roof, clean gutters & downspouts, then they applied a powder that should keep our roof moss free for 2 years. Marcos was very quick to respond to my questions & the guy that did the roof did a great job and didn't leave a mess behind. Thank you Rip City Roof Cleaning! Thought I was going to need a new roof but was assured it will last many more years. Excellent job of cleaning my roof and repair around my chimney so it no longer has a slow leak. On time, no mess left behind, professional, great price (I gave a $100 tip as definitely worth it). Happy customer who will be using their services again for maintenance.

Quick, friendly, and professional. After sending an inquiry, I received a message the next day. They came out, did an inspection, and gave me an incredibly fair quote. When I scheduled it took only a few days for them to come out. They arrived early and worked hard to get my roof clean and the moss treated and removed. These guys are fantastic!
