I really appreciate Green Earth House Cleaning. They are extremely reliable and easy to communicate with. Their cleaning is great and they use all they own eco products and I don't have to provide extra supplies. The price is reasonable for the degree of service, reliability and a clean house. we signed up for a bi-monthly service with same cleaners coming out each time so they are familiar with our home and our family members. Great Job!

Green earth cleaning is wonderful! I’ve been using them for several years now and have always been happy with my stellar service and amazing cleaning! I love that they use earth friendly cleaning g products, all the cleaners are always kind work efficiently, and often give that extra touch when it comes to details. also,forest( office manager?) is amazing and so kind! You do often have to book in advance or sometimes wait as they have a smaller staff, but I promise you it’s worth it . I look forward to using them more, and really encourage anyone to schedule with them, you won’t regret.

Great company! Very on top of scheduling and communication. They work with you to determine exactly what level of cleaning you are looking for. Competitively priced and great service. I was amazed how much better the air quality was in my house after they cleaned. I never thought I would need to hire a cleaning service but I would recommend them to anyone who needs more time in their life!

Green Earth House Cleaning Services is now my goto housecleaning service. The office staff asked all the right questions in advance of my deep cleaning experience. Forest was responsive, polite, and professional. The cleaning staff arrived on time, ready to go, and obviously had clear directions from the office staff, and followed them completely. They were considerate of me and my husband being home while they cleaned - they were quiet and respectful.
Green Earth will be cleaning my house monthly now, starting from a very clean base. The staff did a superb job - I found nothing that I felt needed redoing. I highly recommend this service.

I've had monthly cleanings for the last 6 months with Green Earth and have had a great experience. Excellent communication and service. Cleaners are kind, thorough, and dependable. They even showed concern for my dogs when something happened while I was away from home. I received quotes from a few other cleaners and found Green Earth's price to be fair.

Summary: (Moveout clean) Cleaners went far over estimated time, did a bad job and did not clean to original quote. Antranik, the owner, is an angry man with no customer service skills that will bully you into payment.

I was quoted $280 for my 600 sq ft apartment move-out clean. The clean ended up being $434 (basically 7 hours of cleaning!) because "the buildup was worse than they thought". They had no extension cord (so they didn't clean any of the stairs or entry way), did not clean a single window/window sill, and missed spots throughout the floor.

I talked to the owner Antranik and told him that I do not agree with paying $434 for a clean that missed critical parts of the quote. He got mad and raised his voice and talked down to me, told me that I "don't know anything about cleaning", and that "it's time to grow up" before hanging up on me.

He then sent an email that further his harassment, telling me that they will continue to send an invoice incurring a 5% compounding fee over and over (which is against the terms of service in their quote email) and then how he will turn it to collections for them to harass me, my work, friends, and family.

I would not recommend this company. Save yourself a headache and hire a real cleaning company, hopefully they'll have an extension chord.
