It’s hard to find a professional and reliable cleaning service for an airBnB, especially when you offer instant book. Whiteflower provides on demand cleaning service, shopping and restocking, and they clean to picture perfect standards (I literally provided 140 pictures to them because we want our airBnB set up just so for our guests). They also have flexible and modern payment options and they sync easily with the tech we use. They also take feedback with grace and work to meet your exact needs. Great service for a fair price. I offer my highest recommendation. We are SuperHosts and we aim for all 5 star reviews. We couldn’t do it without a service like Whiteflower.

We hired White Flower Cleaning to do cleaning services between short term rental guests at our personal home. A few months later we moved back in, and realized the level of detail of the cleaning. Every corner was squeaky clean, and the beds were pristine like we were entering a luxury hotel. On top of it all, their level of professionalism and communication is high. I told them it's definitely the cleanest our house had ever been.

It has been a GREAT experience working Zack, Oly, and the entire White Flower Cleaning crew. Incredibly professional in all communication, full of helpful suggestions when I run across something I personally haven’t had experience with (e.g. what do we do when an airbnb guest hasn’t checked out yet and they’re there to clean?), timely responses to new cleaning date requests and changes, impeccable cleaning, and the willingness to pivot at the last minute based on guest request, me forgetting to tell them about a date (true story) or wild ice storms! Would absolutely recommend them for regularly scheduled cleanings and deep cleans for your personal home or STR property.

White Flower Cleaning was recommended to me by a friend, and I have been nothing but impressed with their customer service and their service. They are responsive, prompt, and do quality work that is worth every penny. This is not Merry Maids or a similar corporate cleaning service that charges hundreds for a "deep clean" that barely scratches the surface. My home has never been this clean; days later I'm still finding things that were scoured and polished to perfection that I had not expected would be cleaned.
