Worst experience ever! Getting my lawyer involved. They lie to get a paycheck, they take advantage of ppl, thry dont even exist at this address. Just spoke to police, now we go to court. They made my carpets worse then they were when they arrived. DO NOT use them. Id rather pay triple for anywhere else!!!. Horrible company.

Sensational is second to none!! I will not use another carpet cleaner! Quick, thorough and friendly!! To top it off, their pricing is completely affordable!

Fast and friendly, very knowledgeable about what was needed to get out pet odor and even fixed a spot that was separated at the seem knowing this was a move out for an apartment inspection. Very reasonable on price and no hasle at all, I would highly recommend to anyone needing carpet cleaning.

I have been in the property management industry for 10+ years and am now a contractor/business owner. Sensational has come through for me EVERY TIME! Dozens, if not hundreds of cleans and carpet cleans by now. Most the time they have availability within 24-48 hours of calling which is incredible. They've helped me out of pinch several times. When I've had floods, they show up to extract water, and get the dehumidifiers and fans running asap. Prices are competitive. Sensational works very hard to take care of their clients, and it shows. The only carpet cleaning business i’d use because of Rey. He’s professional and personable and does fast quality work. I own 2 dogs that pee on the carpet and every time Rey has cleaned the carpet the smell and stains are gone. Would recommend this business and Especially Rey if you want your carpet clean.

Highly recommended. As a realtor I always want to recommend someone to my clients, who's reliable and available on short notice to clean carpets prior to selling there home. Ray has always made time to get any job done for me. That goes from steam cleaning wood floors, to driving down to the coast for an upholstery cleaning. Ive had him do multiple jobs, all which look amazing! A couple days ago he came to my house to do my carpets, I have kids and aminals so they needed some tlc..when I got home the house smelled like oranges and the carpets looked amazing! Thank you Ray!
