I was looking for a move in cleaning for my new place and got their contact from my previous rental townhomes management office. I though since the property has been using them for years for all of their move out cleaning, i will give it a try.
I called the office and requested for a quote estimate, and they were nice enough to send someone to our house to check out the house and provide an exact quote. Ray is friendly and very accomodating. He was able to arrange for a next day cleaning at a price that i am comfortable with. They also did a deep carpet cleaning for us at a reasonable price. Will recommend them to if you are looking for move in/out cleaning.

Carpets came out beautifully. They were very professional and careful. Will use them again!

This company works with our landlord (Kielo at Grass Valley), we had scheduled a carpet cleaning for today, they never showed up and my wife had to waste all her day waiting for them, not even a call, not even an estimated time (AM or PM at least), just a complete lack of respect for your time.

I’ve been working with the owner of sensational for quite some time (I’m a property manager) and he’s never failed to take good care of my properties! I’ve worked at 3 different properties and have asked him to be our house/carper cleaning supplier every time.

We also bought a home in December and has them take care of our carpet cleaning. 7 months later we asked to have them come back again- we have two pugs, and one happens to be a puppy who is still potty training. I can’t tell you how refreshing it was to come home and smell/see a fresh carpet.

I spoke by phone with Supervisor Rey Rivas and scheduled a cleaning. Then, twice I had to reschedule due to unexpected repairs. Rey was very understanding and flexible about changing dates and times.
A couple days ago, Delfina arrived. She worked quickly and efficiently for several hours. I asked her to focus on the kitchen, bathrooms and to clean my mini-blinds.
The house sparkled and smelled much better! And we're all happy to have our house sanitized.

Company is falsifying damage to a carpet from a residence I lived in at Springwater. Even with photo evidence of the carpet they marked damages if heavy foot traffic, along with animal damages to the carpet that was down prior to my residing in the unit which was then cleaned by the same company two years ago.

Both this company and rental properties are demonstrating over charging and falsifying damages for financial gain of illegal charging. I have filed a small claims today.

I moved into an apartment and the carpets were not right, you guys blessed me with Marcos and well I got to take a minute and pay him some respect. Not only did he do a amazing thorough job, he got my entryway right for me just cause it need it done and thats the type of guy Marcos is. I am a foreman and we go through a lot of hiring and every couple of years a star is born, someone who cares, takes pride in there craft, whos work ethic is something that can only be instilled though generations of driven good men; and passed down now my guy, I see that in Marcos I hope the company does too ,and treat this man in highest regards cause you know when you got a great employee. Its so important to reconize your team members when they execute the objective flawlessly take it a step more cause he wants the customer to know they are in good hands. Damn my carpets look and smell brand new!
I had to give him my business card cause it's worth a shot. But for today Marcos is with your team doing what he does, I imagine heading your way now or on to bless the next guy. Just know you got one of them once every couple of years power house of a employee's, you win for now!
I'll tell you this we are fully staffed but I'd higher him anyway cause I got an eye always out for the next great find.
