- To come home to a super clean apartment. I just had my first baby 2 weeks ago and ended up having a C Section so movement for me was limited during my recovery period. Team #4 came in and did an amazing deep clean. They cleaned up the whole apartment, including the oven (which was super dirty) and our space felt so fresh and home-y!

The Maids Team #5 just cleaned my home for the first time and I am thrilled with the results. Sparkling clean and smells great! They really went the extra mile to get the laminate flooring looking like new. (As you can see from the "before" photo, it was a challenge.) The bathrooms are even cleaner now than when we moved in. Thank you, Team 5!

Team #2 (Dolores) did an amazing job with my house! I was compressed for time getting ready for a family visit (with a house with lots of dog hair!) and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was professional, friendly and very efficient. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be using again.

I will add that I have 3 shedding dogs that are all over the furniture and my couch looks incredible when they leave. They really do an amazing job and everything sparkles and smells fresh when they leave.

Team 4 did an amazing job with our house! Lupita and her team were so efficient and detailed in their work. It is great having a team we can rely on to do a great job.

We love the sparkly home where every surface is cleaned, and we love how efficient The Maids are. Team 4 and Team 3 have been here recently and done a fantastic job...as always. We've had the service for several years and never been disappointed. They always come when they say, and management makes changes to the schedule if we need them. It makes a big statement to learn that one employee has been there 23 years. The company treats them right! And I must add honesty to the list! You get your value with these hard workers!

I used The Maids today for a deep clean of a one bedroom apartment lived in over 15 years. Shout out to Team 5, a wonderful group of ladies for the great job they did!
I was pleasantly surprised they washed the windows inside and out (didn't think they were doing that). My oven looks like new (had them do the inside), they got the years of dust bunnies off the picture frames and top of the refrigerator and made my kitchen faucet shine like I've never seen it before! I'm thinking about using the service on a regular cleaning now!

I just wanted to say thank you to team 3 for doing a great job on my regular monthly cleaning this past Friday. I've always had difficulties with the bathroom, especially the floor and this time it was clean to more than my satisfaction and they did a great job with the entire bathroom. They deserve a Christmas bonus!

This is my second cleaning with team #2 led by Dolores. They did a deep cleaning in September which was exceptional. My cleaning this week was also incredible. I feel the team now knows my home, and I trust them! They are very professional and just so nice! Everything was sparkly clean and I have to say, I have 2 big dogs and they found every inch of hair and needs to bring my home to perfection so efficiently. Thank you Dolores and your incredible team.

Our family has been working with The Maids for 2 years now and we’ve always been very happy with their service. Scheduling and communication is always easy and straight forward. We’re on a monthly cleaning schedule and typically have 3-4 people cleaning each time. I would highly recommend The Maids to anyone looking to hire a cleaning service.

I hired The Maids after getting several quotes from five-star cleaners in the area. They failed to clean to sills of literally every door, the tops of lamp shades, ceiling fans, and left trash for us to throw away after the cleanup because they couldn’t fit it in their car, even though they said they remove trash (our bins had already been removed by WM). When pointing out the sills, the wiped down some but several remained unaddressed as they seemed to be in a rush to get out to get to another job. Finally, they lost a piece of personal property without much explanation. The attention to detail was significantly lacking. The window trays still had some debris and the refrigerator was moved and not replaced in its original place. They even threw away a Hexclad pan until I recovered it from the trash they left. Would think very hard before hiring The Maids for your move out. Discussions with Kimberly were unfruitful as she failed to recognize the degree of disruption. This cost me more money, time, and headache than if I had just done it myself. The price was $222/hr at 2.5-3 hours work and then somehow turned into $298 for 3 hours. In the quoted email, the scope literally includes “Trash removal” which is why we booked with them and were ok with same day as when WM picked up bins.

Edit: Responding to the owner's long reply, please see the screenshot of the email where "remove trash" is part of the scope. This was brought up on final inspection/walk-through and I was told there was no space in the car for the trash. I brought up the fact that none of the sills, fan blades, light fixtures, etc. appeared to have been addressed and this was only partially addressed before the team walked out and pointing out that these were lingering issues. Regarding sending an additional team out, we offered times that did not work for The Maids as they were booked out; the “significant discount” the owner is referencing is $200 (bringing bill back to upper limit of estimated range) and for them to complete the original scope of work to their stated baseline quality; they offered the $200; I asked for $200 and for them to complete the original work, not additional money; they were not willing to do so. Saying that a property has not been cleaned in some time and that reasonable attempts at resolution were attempted is customer blaming, just like the defensive half truths in the owner’s reply. Satisfaction not guaranteed. Future customers beware. Edited down to 1-star for classless response from owner.

I just had a deep clean of our house done by Lupita, Martha, Judith, and Estephania. WOW! Our place looks amazing, and the sweated every single detail. The shower is so clean, I feel like I could eat off of it. I will definitely be using this crew again!

Team 6 gave us a beautiful cleaning. We loved the finished cleaning. They were quick, yet thorough. We love the maids.

Fabulous experience with The Maids of SW Portland. The crew came in ready to work and were all business. It’s amazing what they were able to accomplish in only 1 hour. I’m definitely booking them regularly moving forward! Everything they touched is spotless like the sink photo I attached here. Next time they come I’ll share more photos.
