Customer service is awful. I've been trying to respond to a quote for weeks and the app will not send my reply. Then I try to respond by text, no response. The phone number is ALWAYS busy, I have not been able to get through for weeks. Very Frustrated with these guys. No one even bothers to show up in person to bid the jobs? Phone numbers and texts do not show Name of Business or Persons name, so I have no idea who is texting me. And there is only 1 Option on the quote, which is accept, or ask question, which website deletes as soon as I press send. Only 1 of the pro's accounts seems to be working, the other one my response disappears....

Unreliable at best. They mowed my lawn 5 times and every time, it was someone different. Very inconsistent, always missed the back side of my yard. The last time was the final straw when they mowed over roses. I complained to the company because you pay a $1.99 fee to cover things like this, mistakes happen. They denied that this photo was a rose bush and the mower did the damage. Would even work with me, just a one line email saying "claim denied." Do yourself a favor and find someone in your neighborhood that wants to make some side money. At least they will respect your property.

Booking through LawnStarter was seamless, and the service from Dijon was amazing! The entire process—from scheduling to completion—was stress-free and super convenient. Highly recommend both Dijon and LawnStarter for anyone looking for lawn care!

Lawn Care? More Like Lawn Destruction... and a Fence Remodel
If I could give zero stars, I would.

Hired them simply to mow my lawn, but apparently, they offer a bonus service: "Unexpected Fence Destruction". One of their mowers purposefully rammed the mower through the fence separating my yard from my neighbors. Goods news is: my neighbor was outside and saw this happen.

When I reached out to LawnStarter "Customer Support" they said "these things do happen" and its my neighbors word seeing the damage happen with this two eyes against the worker. I'm pretty sure they didn't even contact the worker to try to find out what happened but just point-blank deny-deny-denied that it happened.

Now I have money for legal fees, an angry neighbor, and a broken fence. How much is that worth?

Very reasonable pricing. My lawn care specialist, Enrique is professional and courteous. He did a great job making the lawn look neat and tidy. I am glad I found this service.

My lawn was extremely over grown and the pro I was assigned (JL property services) are amazing people who really take pride in their work, they were here for 4-5 hours at least working through the rain and cleaning up the grass clippings and everything. Also they have amazing prices, amazing service, and are amazing people. I definitely recommend.

I will say the app its self is amazing. It’s easy to understand and also is very quick to start working. However, the reason for the two stars is, I feel that the app pays you less than what you should be paid. Some of the jobs that on a normal landscaping or lawn care company would do they quote a lot higher then what the app offers you. Yes that app has to take into consideration of different variables(gas, distance, tools, etc, etc.) and also has to make sure they are getting they’re cut of profit from the quote it still should be expected to be a little higher, when quoting $37.00 dollars for a half an acre of land to be mowed and weed whacked is a bit underpay if you ask me. So even though the issue with quoting, once again the app still is a great app. The response time for allowing you to start work. Plus the flexibility you gain while working is wonderful. Also with the app creating the calendar for you and showing you everything plus the perks you achieve later on really makes life easier. It seriously does it all for you :D

Lawn starter was a great experience for our lawn care needs. Signed up for service through the app, picked frequency and the lawn pro showed up. LawnBob was our pro and he did a fantastic job with so much attention to detail. Very pleased with his work and highly recommend the app!

This was my first time using lawnstarter and I am very impressed! From the first time setting everything up to Luis coming to mow today it was perfect! He did a fantastic job on my jungle! Never again. My beautiful lawn was scalped and it's now dying. I'll have to fix this at my own expense. They also cut my neighbors lawn and destroyed all their clover. Never again.

The team did a really amazing job and provided exactly what we asked for my lawn looks perfect and everything was cleaned up and taken care of in a very timely manner. I would use the service again.
