You know that overwhelming sense of relief and yes--JOY you get when you find, in this crazy and increasingly-unfriendly and unhelpful world, a person or company who actually takes care of you--with excellence in communication, workmanship, integrity and value? You like that relief and joy? Then hire Prestige. They rebuilt my basalt retaining wall--carefully matching new stone to old--, an upper retaining wall with pressure-treated wood, and some stone steps. During the process, they nicked one of my irrigation lines, and fixed it. The reason I know about this is because they told me!!! (Integrity!!) The project manager came back and did a walk-through with me and replaced another sprinkler head that had been damaged. They clearly wanted to ensure that everything was to my satisfaction and that they did work they could be proud of. And did I mention value? Their cost was MUCH lower than a quote from a large company known for only building walls. I'm having them back in the fall to put in erosion-control plants--I can't wait for my fully-Prestige-ous yard!

My experience with this business has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. We engaged their services for a very expensive job and we expressed concerns about the quality of the plants they were using for landscaping. They showed up looking unhealthy. We were assured by both the team and the owner that any plants that didn't make it would be replaced, and that they were covered under warranty.

However, despite these assurances, when some of the plants failed to survive, they refused to honor their commitment. Even though they acknowledged on voicemail that we had discussed warranty coverage and that there were visible quality issues with some of the plants, they failed to take responsibility.

Furthermore, they never mentioned that weather conditions could limit their warranty coverage, nor did they provide any evidence to support their claim that the plant failures were not due to quality issues. It's worth noting that most of the plants survived our winter conditions, indicating that the issue lies with the quality of the plants provided.

This lack of accountability and failure to fulfill their promises is completely unacceptable. Not only have they failed to uphold their end of the deal, but they have also demonstrated a lack of professionalism and integrity.

Braiden, Will, and their team at Prestige did a fantastic job installing an aluminum louvered pergola at our house in NE Portland. Communication throughout the process was prompt, clear, and focused on getting the project right. They were flexible on our timing and worked to get a team here when we needed them.

Their on-site team was extremely professional and courteous. They worked through some unforeseen problems (columns arriving from the manufacturer slightly damaged, some site-specific alignment issues) with creativity to deliver a solution on schedule without the delay of waiting on the manufacturer to fix the problem. The budget was more than fair given what we got, and I'm sitting right now in the shade in my back yard enjoying their great work.

I wouldn't hesitate to hire this company again in the future.

Can't speak highly enough of the team at Prestige - Patrick, Kelly, and the rest of the team were highly skilled, very professional, knowledgable on all of our plants and trees, clearly had a passion for their work, and were so friendly throughout the process.

After moving into our new house, we hired the team to clean up the yard (which had grown a bit wild over time) and to add a path up the hill in the back so that we could see the city & Mt St Helens. The construction was especially tough because there was no way to use machinery to get the heavy rock and gravel up the back, and both the front and back are quite steep.

That said, rain or shine, they got the job done in the contracted time and at the contracted price, and they made it look truly beautiful. They worked efficiently, left it spotless after completion, and honestly, given what we thought was a large scope for a job, they got it done pretty quickly too.

Pricing was totally transparent, and the team clearly thought through the entire job before sending the contract through. While they weren't the lowest quote we got, we don't regret it for a second - we got exactly what we paid for and we couldn't be happier with it.

The team even checked our sprinkler systems (the house came with several and as new homeowners we had no idea what anything did) and walked us through how they worked / when to run them, etc. While we didn't have them work with the lighting or irrigation (beyond the tutorial on the sprinklers), I believe they offer these services, and seemed very knowledgable on the subject. Next time!

Three years ago, our contractor had to dig a seventeen foot deep hole in our front yard in an effort to locate and decommission a cesspool...that wasn't there. The entire yard was never the same after that. We knew we needed to do something and that we wanted to remove all of the lawn and go with something lower maintenance and more drought tolerant. From the very beginning, the folks at Prestige caught the vision and helped us get there. Not only was their bid SO much more reasonable than the other company, but Braiden asked really great questions when he met with us for the first time, helping us clarify our own thoughts and wishes. They took the time to send us lists of plants that could work and then made the plants we picked into a LOVELY plan. When the time came for install, they were so fast and efficient. The guys on the team were friendly and awesome.
They installed a dry river bed, a berm, and LOTS of sweet, drought tolerant plants for us. In the weeks since the install, we have had a few questions about watering and they have been SO quick to respond to our emails. All of our neighbors LOVE the results and so do we. We would highly recommend Prestige to anyone needing landscaping help.

We had a wonderful experience working with Prestige to overcome some difficult problems in our yard. The solutions We came up with and the execution was all wonderful in the end and we’re thrilled with our end product! The team was great to work with, they were always professional and had great attention to detail, and they were timely and efficient.

We contracted Prestige to help rescue our landscaping at our newly purchased home. It was a big job and we were impressed by the team’s attention to detail and quality at a relatively fast pace.

We had them remove some entrenched bamboo, remove a rogue walnut tree, install a paver patio, new side walkway, and renovate our parking strips from grass to beautiful new pavers and gravel. All-in-all this only took 10 days and the price was well worth it.

Patrick was very communicative and patient as we had a few changes of heart leading up to and during the project, but we always felt he had our best interest at heart. Now that the project is done, we couldn’t be more satisfied and have been using our new patio every evening!

We have worked with Prestige on several projects at home and at our business, and are always impressed by the quality of the work and the crew! Our latest project was the transformation of a gravel area at our dental office that was an eyesore. We wanted to turn it into an attractive garden that our employees, patients and neighbors could enjoy. We also wanted to add a paver path, and some large boulders to make it more eye-catching. Patrick and Ember came up with a great design and chose the perfect materials and plants, and our crew was fantastic; they were on time, pleasant, and professional. Antonio's attention to detail was particularly impressive - he paused to get our feedback on an option he thought would give us a better end result, which we approved of. We’re happy to recommend Prestige for any landscaping project.
The plants were just put in in the winter, so the after photo is before anything is blooming. It already looks much nicer, and we're expecting it to be beautiful in the spring!

Braiden and the entire team at Prestige Landscape & Tree Services went above and beyond to make sure our flagstone patio project came together perfectly. Everything from the quoting process to final inspection was a wonderful experience. The construction crew went above and beyond, checking in every step of the way to make sure the stones chosen were the right color, size, placement, and installed to perfection. Couldn't recommend using their services enough!

I've worked with Prestige twice (2024, 2025), and both times had an exceptional experience. Most recently, they installed irrigation, and planted/removed a few trees in the front yard. Part of this process involved meeting with Braiden, the project manager, to discuss my vision for the yard. He was thoughtful, patient, and extremely helpful. And he immediately made a few recommendations to accommodate my requests while also considering the soil and sunlight conditions in the yard. After I made a decision on which trees to plant (with suggestions from office manager Ember), the installation happened quickly and efficiently — and the price was incredibly reasonable. We reached out to Prestige Landscape after realizing we did not have the necessary skills to install our paver patio. After seeing all the work that was required, I know we made the right choice! Braiden, our project manager, was extremely helpful and communicated at every step, helping me make unexpected decisions along the way. They installed a 400+ sq ft paver patio and regraded a small area on the side of our house, installing window wells and mulch. Ember in the front office, Sean the foreman, and all the crew onsite were all very helpful and professional. I also appreciated all the in progress photos on Instagram to share with friends and family! We have a lot of work to do in our backyard, and will be reaching out to Prestige again to help us on the future phases.

Over the last couple of years I have commissioned a few different companies to remodel my home and landscape. Of all the companies I worked with, Prestige was the most communicative, professional, and highly efficient company. They were able to provide and maintain a very ambitious timeline, which appreciated greatly. I first hired them to add some pavers on either side of my driveway and install a retaining wall, garden bed and to level out a tripping hazard from my driveway to the walkway up to my house (they also fixed a couple things. My previous contractor had messed up with a plumbing project.) They did such an amazing job that I decided to hire them to re-landscape my entire backyard and install a paper patio where the deck and aggregate patio used to be. When all was said and done I was very pleased with the entire project and have every intention of hiring them in the future, for any landscaping needs that I could possibly have.

Kelly, my project manager was a joy to work with. He took the time to walk me through each step and all of my options to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted with the most reasonable price I could get.

The team working at the house were all very hardworking and professional and I always felt comfortable with them working at my home.Jason and Antonio both communicated promptly whenever there were questions that arrived during the project and made sure they were handling things correctly. The owner, Patrick, also stepped in to execute the first phase of the project while Kelley was on vacation. The transition was seamless and I felt very well cared for the whole way through.

I also have to admit I really enjoyed that the social media team provided before and after videos and pictures. Ember came by at the beginning of the project and we all talked about the project and what a fun transformation it would be. I loved watching their videos on Instagram and being able to share them with my friends who don’t live nearby to see the project was happening at my house.

Any time I had any questions or concerns about the project, they were alleviated immediately both by actions and communications. Anyone who has had a project like this done at their house knows that things come up, And Prestige was the best contractor I worked with in regards of making sure that I felt confident and heard throughout the whole project.

We had several projects to complete on our small urban yard that included fencing with an arbor entry to the yard from the sidewalk, plant removal, design and install a decomposed granite path, add irrigation, and mulch planting beds. The quote broke out the components, and our project manager was very flexible about on the spot modifications. The work was done on time and on budget. And they have also assisted me with the plant order because I wanted to do the install myself. Numerous compliments on the yard from passers by and neighbors alike.

I am so glad we hired Prestige to install a bluestone walkway, the first part of a backyard re-model. From start to finish, the team was very professional, efficient, and thorough. Importantly, Patrick is great at setting expectations (on time, materials, cost etc) to ensure we're on the same page... important for this level of investment. For hardscaping, it's got to be done right. I would highly recommend this company.

It’s sucks when they are highered to clear out flower beds but they clear out your fender and bumper instead

The apartments they service, they've ripped up my plants twice. Once by hand, second by leaf blower. Not recommended. Unless held accountable and taught to care better for others plants and lawns.
