The landscapers are always attentive to the areas they are working on. They are dedicated to the customer to make sure everything is done too the customer satisfaction. Jeff is a great owner and always attentive to your needs

Our condo association used Green Envoy for many years and our place looked great. New management fired them and hired another company. Now our grounds look terrible after three years with a new company that cost more than Green Envoy.

Watching and listening to their crew work is painful. The crews uses leaf blowers when they don't need too. Its a comedy of errors watching these dudes blow barely any debris back and forth. What must the thought process be like inside these dudes heads. It takes them 2 hours for something I would bet I could do by myself in half the time and make it look just a good or better with no noise. If management disagrees, then respond and let's all put our money were are mouths are. Your crew is terrible. Even if you pay them less than min wage, what a rip off.

Edit: 4 stars from 1 star for a solid response. It isn't because it's a holiday. Its every Monday. The crew lacks efficiency in their techniques and equipment choices. They blow in circles. It is painful to see and hear.

I’ve worked with Jeff and Green Envy for 8 years at multiple properties. The difference in the quality of service between Jeff and any others is like night and day. Accidents happen and the one time in 8 years we experienced minor property damage, the issue was immediately reported to us and very swiftly resolved. The leaf blowers when there are no leaves every Monday morning is annoying enough, but I have been asking them for years to stop sandblasting my car with rocks and dirt to no avail.

Every Monday morning the front of my car is destroyed from them doing this, and they’ve destroyed the paint on the front of my vehicle, and it’s absolutely infuriating.
