Edgar is the LawnStarter pro that was assigned to my Home, and I highly recommend his services as well as LawnStarter in general. I searched around for two weeks to try to find a lawn service that was in my budget and everywhere I looked was easily two times the price when compared to the services and fees that LawnStarter provides.
On top of that, the app makes it very easy to select the services I need, cancel if I don’t need a certain appointment, and also makes it very easy to contact Edgar.
The time I now saved by not having to manage the front and backyard is tremendously worth the price and I highly recommend both LawnStarter and Edgar.

Beware of businesses that don’t pay their fees (driving around with expired tags is wrong). There are plenty of companies that pay their fees and do good work. Keep shopping around.

Excellent landscaping company. I called the office for a quote and spoke with Joe the branch manager and he came out immediately met with me and my wife. He was very professional and look forward to working with him and the company on future landscaping projects!!

The McQuiggin’s team did an excellent job updating my gardens, walk-ways, and front yards. I enjoyed working with them to develop a first rate plan. Their service based on that plan was excellent. And, when they encountered several unexpected pipes in one side of my front yard, they worked with me and solved the problems.

What a score to find Brian and Joe! I was looking for someone to removed half a dozen over grown (and old) shrubbery and a sad maple tree. I'd contacted two other companies for bids and never heard a word. So when I stumbled across Brian and his crew working at another house in my neighborhood, I was delighted to find that someone would even talk to me! Within a couple hours, Brian came down and gave me an estimate and a week later, the backyard was clean. Crew was prompt, efficient, cleaned up everything and repaired a small piece of irrigation line that was nicked in the process of shrub removal. Awesome customer service as well. Total package!

McQuiggins was wonderful when it was an actual family owned business - we knew the owners, we could call them up to ask questions or change landscaping, and their employees were great. Then in 2024 McQuiggins was bought by DreamCon, which is described on their web page as a construction company "that buys, nurtures, and grows construction-sector businesses." Which to me sounds like a another nameless, faceless corporate entity which buys up small businesses. There was no communication what so ever from DreamCon to us after their purchase of McQuiggins. We tried to stay with them initially, but phone calls were almost never returned and there was no way to contact a human being at the management level to discuss problems, concerns, wants or needs. And then they fired some of their best employees. At that point we were done and found a smaller more personal firm that we could actually communicate with.

Maynor and his team were professional and responsive. They showed up on time, communicated when necessary, and cleaned up the workplace thoroughly. Also, they had a tough task of clearing out some Blackberries, which they handled very well! I highly recommend for all maintenance, cleanup, and mulching tasks!

Amazing job! We had some long berry thorns starting to grow on our fence. On top of an apple tree stump that was also trying to grow Back. Maynor said he didn’t do tree stump removal, but he could do his best to saw it down. It almost vanished!! I am so impressed!! Very professional and on time! Very happy customer 😁 I definitely recommend.

We’ve been using Sandoval Yard Maintenance for a few years now and have never been disappointed. Always on time, efficient and our yard always looks amazing afterwards! After purchasing a home in Tualatin with a large yard, I contracted with a large company for monthly yard care and unfortunately realized I could have done a far better job myself. Maynor was then recommended to me by a family member who uses him on and off for removing yard debris and I have been using him for mowing and leaf cleanup etc. ever since. He has a real eye for making the yard look super clean which I'm really picky about. I think he also does one time jobs. Really happy and the price is actually about 30% less than I was paying before along with the higher quality. Highly recommend.
