We just completed a move with Cal’s and it was our second exceptional experience. Their communication is outstanding and they were very flexible and accommodating. Our closing date changed at the last minute and they were able to reschedule and offered us a bunch of different options. Jake wrote our accurate quote and was wonderful to work with. Austin, Kyle, and Uriel performed our move and were kind, quick, and cheerful even as they were hauling a chest freezer and washer/dryer out of a basement with steep stairs. When we reached our new home the truck was unloaded quickly and furniture and boxes were placed in their designated areas. I would recommend Cal’s moving and will use them again if we ever need to move again.

Anthony and Neil delivered my 2 new LazyBoy recliners and TV stand. They did it efficiently, carefully and moved pieces around until I was happy with the layout. Anthony and Neil were very pleasant to work with. They also arrived earlier than expected which I also appreciated. I also found about other services they offer they I need for a future project. I highly recommend Cal’s Moving and Storage.

Nathan and Austin helped us move our entire family, and every single item arrived in perfect shape. They’re fast, professional, and really understand how to handle residential moves with care. Great team for local and long distance moves.

Cal's Moving and Storage (Joe, Tino, Anthony, Antonio, and Peter) moved us from West Linn, Oregon, to Millersburg, Oregon. Most of the items were already packed, but they needed to load things from a storage unit and every room in a house.

They did the loading in about 3 hours. After driving to Millersburg they unloaded in about 2 hours.

They were all very friendly, polite, good natured, and hard working.

They were very careful with our possessions. They wrapped our furniture in moving blankets and plastic wrap, and consolidated smaller items into larger boxes.

At our destination they moved everything to where we asked, unwrapped the furniture, and even assembled our bed. About all we did was direct traffic.

I highly recommend them.

Cal’s Moving & Storage saved the day! Our original movers canceled last minute, and Moris coordinated a 3-person team immediately. Efficient, careful, and everything was moved in perfect condition in just 5 hours. Highly recommend.

By far the best moving company in the area! We’ve used them multiple times for home and office moves. Very responsive office staff. Marco led the crew expertly, and all movers were punctual, careful, and respectful. Storage services are also excellent. Highly recommend.

This was the most pleasant moving experience we have ever had! And we have moved too many times in the past 17 years. Everyone knew what they were doing and they did it completely professional. They were also a very engaging and fun group of young men who were amazing in the strength and the perseverance that they exhibited! At every turn, they offered their help, they always asked what we preferred and I would never use anyone else again. However, I so hope I never move again! Good job guys! We will see you soon for moving some individual pieces of furniture once we get settled.

I did a short move from Milwaukie to Sellwood, and the experience was great. The inventory was done over the phone, and the price quote was fair and accurate. Communication was clear and professional. On moving day everything went smoothly, Fred Harding and Brandon were fantastic: efficient, careful, and friendly. I recommend this company.

LAST REVIEW - END OF MOVE - If you have any moving needs at all - from moving out of state, across town, to a storage facility or like we did - to the garage for our remodeling work, USE THEM - THEY ARE THE BEST!! We have remodeled our house by replacing all our flooring with solid red oak, Italian tile, and Karastan carpet, besides painting all the ceilings and walls. Lane the Portland branch manager came out to the house multiple times to figure out the best schedule for their involvement - 3 phases of moving over many weeks - and us needing to coordinate with the different contractors. We settled on them coming out each week on Monday AM to pack and move and Friday AM to unpack and move back. That allowed the flooring people time to come in and do their work and then the painters. Lane's team of Kraig, Justin, along with Alan and Ian were PHENOMENAL! They employed all the skills and wisdom that our cross country movers had, even though it was such a short distance (they diligently wrapped all our furniture and hand carried everything, including a heavy fire file, rather than using dollies that could have caused an issue with the new wood flooring.) They were always on time and wasted no time getting the job done super professionally! Was blown away by their pricing! Check them out - they are all super professionals and the very best at what they do. This is a long review - but the work they did, and their skillsets and the company deserve for you to know all this.
