Almost all of them have no concern for the people they're evicting I understand that cleanup is needed to upkeep general hygiene but you're uprooting peoples lives the least you could do is have some compassion instead of acting like you're kings looking at pheasants

They broke my vacuum? Why they did not have their own? They threw precious items away they don't return my calls when there are issues.

I recently returned home to the PNW after having lived in San Diego where an outbreak of the Hepatitis A virus resulted in 590 cases and 20 deaths due to unsanitary outdoor living conditions from homelessness (ie, human excrement & urine, used syringes & needles, etc.). Thank you for taking care of our community’s well-being 🙏

On their website it states you can retrieve the belongings they had "placed into storage" as long it is within 30 days. Well that's not true as they do not put it into storage as when I called they had no recording of any of my things! I called about 9 or 10 days after the removal also! They had also called the police on my husband who was trying to help bag up things and remove it also. Never once though asking him to stop or to leave.

Find some really good people working for them they're really nice and I respect them for what they do

I have watched years and years of my stuff go out the door and out onto a truck and this company don't wait tools and anything they want lots of money going out that door and I can't do nothing about it order of the contributors can you help me find a solution to this rapid response team that is taking the stuff out of my house LOL desperate desperate desperate

Walked past one of their trucks today in the Pearl District. Three employees, including the driver, were sharing a joint. Know nothing about the company otherwise but don't love that its employees are driving under the influence.

We use Rapid Response for medical waste (sharps). They have always been quick and professional. No complaints, at all. I like the fact that they are local and a human answers the phone on the first ring. No pesky "phone tree." A+++
