Very displeased with this company. My septic backed up and volcanoes in my bathroom so my landlord had rapid response come clean and even after calling to complain and having a supervisor come clean again my bathroom was still disgusting. They didn't wear biohazard clothing and they didn't remove any of the contaminated items from the bathroom. If I could have chosen -10 I would. Never again would I use them for anything. And we still had to pay them for the job that they r really didn't even do. Failed all around for sure.

Well I'm homeless in the portland area and they have been respectful to me. The main thing. I think is that they need to understand that some of the people out here are good people .They need to step back and think before being so anxious to destroy what ever the peeps had going. I have been homeless for many years due to injuries sustained while growing up. Not everyone is so lucky to have been given the chances normal society was give.

This company is a joke. Needed them to do their job and clean up a camp across from my apartment and they just hung up. Karma bites hard.

These trucks are driving down our road and dumping mounds of trash. Along where 2 children bus routes are who knows what is in those amd they do it Multiple times a week , the service last professionalism and safety for the general public

Violent and unethical. Rapid Response offered to "store" my unhoused elderly neighbour's belongings while she waits for a tiny home. She has limited cognitive capacity and is disabled and she agreed. Then they took her bedding and tarps first and offered her no viable alternative shelter. She didn't sleep at all last night. Today they returned and took the rest of her stuff, including the new tarps and bedding we brought her, and again they provided no viable alternative shelter. No ETA on her tiny home either. At 10pm we found her in just her cotton clothes, sitting in the wet grass in the spot she's been in since June, with nothing to shelter her. Disgusting to take advantage of a disabled older woman, intentionally making her more vulnerable. If she dies this winter, its on you Rapid Response. If you see RR in your neighborhood register your discontent, film them, interrupt their city-sanctioned thefts, and report to rights orgs and the City.

I think they do a great job of cleaning up the street after the homeless have thrown all their garbage everywhere.

I am incredibly impressed with the hard work and dedication of the Rapid Response Bio Clean team. They have been doing an outstanding job cleaning up the homeless camps in our town. After my motorcycle was stolen by these camps, I felt a sense of hopelessness. However, seeing Rapid Response Bio Clean's effective and diligent efforts has restored my faith in our community. i have heard nothing but violations and disrespect towards my homeless friends from this company. they are known to do constant sweeps with little to no warning, causing camps to lose their belongings. they have a reputation of making homeless youth’s lives as difficult as possible.

They are not supposed to take things that cannot be replaced, they have been sued for this in the past. Well the day after Christmas they took everything I owned from me, which included my dead dogs ashes that they took directly to the dump along with my dead husbands belongings and the only photos I had left of my husband and my dog or 14 years. I begged them to please not take that stuff to the dump because it was all I had left of my deceased family and they took it to the dump anyways. And exactly one year prior, they took all of my husband's belonging and his ashes to the dump, knowing he had just passed that year and knowing that the things they took were not replaceable, how are they still getting away with this when they have been told that they cannot take those sort of things when they got sued for it before.

These people are the best! I've used them twice to clean my windows, and most recently to pressure wash my metal roofs. Excellent work! They arrive on time, work hard and efficiently, and always behave with the utmost professionalism. I highly recommend them.

Quick turnaround from requesting a quote to them sending techs out. Everybody did great work.

We have been very satisfied with the work done. Fair price and excellent results. Plan on using this company again.
