Rose City Heating is an exceptional heating company that I highly recommend. Ryan, the technician who came out, was incredibly courteous, professional, and fair. In today’s market, many companies try to overcharge their customers, but Rose City Heating stands out as a firm that values honesty and reliability.

Pat was a God-send. A technician from another company told me my furnace was shot and needed replacement. Pat inspected and said the furnace was solid. Appears that the other company just wanted to sell me a new furnace. So stressful for over the holidays and before a month- long trip away - with my daughter left to think the gas furnace might kill her. Thanks to Pat, we have some peace of mind and money still in my pocket.

Ryan, the service rep, arrived in a timely manner, cordial, thoughtful, and very competent. We felt very confident in his work and trouble-shooting capabilities. An excellent experience.

Ryan began by asking me if I had any questions and took the time to explain and answer those before his maintenance began. Very nice gentleman and very professional! I would recommend Ryan and Rose City HVAC for your needs. I look forward to the summer A/C potion of my contract.

I had 3 bids for getting a heat pump/AC/new furnace. Sterling was great from the get-go, and suggested I redo my shoddy ducts. No one else suggested that. Sterling's advice was the right one. The airflow increased by a factor of 6 to an upstairs bedroom that wasn't comfortable in winter nor summer. My son moved back into his bedroom as soon as the new system was put in.

Sterling was very patient with answering my many questions as I tried to make sense of the different bids. Sterling also helped make sure I got discounts and rebates where I could. The installation was flawless, and I'm loving the heat. I'm really looking forward to having a house in summer that isn't brutally hot. The staff was very responsive, and I couldn't recommend Rose City Heating any more highly.

Ryan did a fantastic job replacing our furnace control board. Another company initially quoted a much higher price for a part replacement, and was pushing us to replace the furnace altogether instead, which would have been a substantial investment. Ryan, who has a lot of expertise, was able to fix the issue at a fraction of the cost. Very happy with Rose City Heating & Air Service, and will be using their services from here on out!
